I can honestly attest to how well this worked and supported my neck throughout the flight. I had 8 flights in total and this was such a life saver to have flying in economy. The only thing I didn't like is that when you wear it long the plastic hold string thing can irritate your skin and gets too tight on your neck and it can get really hot. I was sad that it didn't come with a bag like the other ones. When I tried removing the cloth to wash it and I found it difficult to place back in securely. I wasn't able to secure it properly because of the two plastic eye thingy that gets in the way. Other than that it's still a great product.

This pillow really works. I hate travel pillow that feel like they're suffocating or choking you, this one doesn't. It provides complete support no matter what position you sleep in without having to adjust anything. Just put it on & fall asleep, the pillow will do the rest. Highly recommend!

It looks good but the do work. I was on 17 hour flight from New York to Auckland New Zealand . Upon arriving my back nor neck hurt from whiplash or bobing head. This odd looking keep my neck up right during the flight . It made the flight enjoyable.

The pillow has a number of sizing options, but as a 5’1 woman with a short neck, it was still too tall for me, so I returned it for a full refund.

This travel pillow was great for keeping my head upright as I slept on a recent 10 hour flight. It allowed me to snatch 3-4 hours of sleep, which was amazing because I don’t sleep on planes unless I’m absolutely exhausted. Four stars because it was difficult to pack when I wasn’t using it, because the inflexible core prevented me from squishing or rolling the collar into a small space. Also, it is tight around my fat neck. (Maybe I should give the travel pillow 5 stars and my neck 4 stars?) Anyway, loosening the slip lock solved the “too tight” problem but then the travel collar didn’t hold my head as securely.
