The charger works great and I love it personally. Way better than my other one. I didn't know it came with 2 rechargeable battery packs so I was pumped. Unfortunately one of them was dead and couldn't hold a charge. The other one worked great. Since I already had rechargeable battery packs I wasn't bummed about it. Since you can get those for less than $5 each at any local game shop. All in all a great purchase but I can see how people would want those rechargeable battery packs to work and they don't. :/One of mine works so it's probably a 50/50 chance of at least getting one that works. If it doesn't, good thing you can get them elsewhere for cheap. Black controller is what came with the package and red controller is what I had because the other rechargeable case didn't hold a charge.

I was looking for a small form factor charger/holder for my 360 controllers, which are mostly used with my PC now, and this seemed perfect. Easy to put together and my controller snaps right in without any hassles. Stays sturdy on my desk and doesn't topple over or anything so I'm happy with it. My only complaint is that the battery only lasts a few hours compared to the standard rechargeable AA batteries I was using prior to getting the dock. My normal rechargeables (Everready) last through about a week of use or more. These I only get about 5 hours before they die. I only use one at a time so it's not a deal breaker but I wish they lasted a bit longer. I also wish they would go with a standard LED color scheme for charging, ie: red for charging, blue/green for charged, but for some reason they went with Red/Orange combo so the first time I used it, I kept thinking the batteries were only half-charged. OK i could have read the instructions but still... weird choice. Otherwise I like the device just fine. 5 stars if they can up the battery life.

The charger works great with the first controller I got, but for some reason the second controller will not charge on the station. It takes a charged battery, so I use it to play and just recharge my batteries with the first controller. Then when needed, I swap out the charged battery.

the unit itself is perfectly fine and works well However one of the battery packs doesn't work at all wont take a charge it just flash's and when I sent the seller a message I haven't heard back from them yet and to be fair is hasn't been 24 hours yet since I notified them of this issue. That being said if they get in contact with me and send me a replacement battery pack my review will change to 5 stars across the board. 5 stars they sent out a brand new replacement right away it took me a lot longer to update this than it did for them to take care of the problem very happy

Bought this for my daughter's xbox 360. Works great, charges fast. Havent had it that long but so far so good!

Great for kids who leave Xbox remotes powered on with AA batteries in it. Not only that, they can keep up with them when before they would lose them all the time. Set this thing up in less than 5min. Battery packs seem to work like original ones. Great buy. Saving us money on buying AA batteries.

I pulled out my old Xbox360 to show my kids. Of course the old rechargeable batteries I had from back in the day wouldn't hold a charge. So I ordered this setup. I set it up, charged the batteries, and put them in the controller. Somehow the battery causes the left analog stick to lock in a clockwise spin like I was pushing the stick to the right but I was not touching it. Put the second battery in and it worked fine. So I contacted the company and after a week of not hearing anything I contacted Amazon and did an exchange. When the new ones arrived both batteries in that set locked the controller into the right hand spin. By that time the company had contacted me and I let them know Amazon sent a replacement but it was faulty too. So after emailing back and forth over the course of a few days they shipped me a third system. (Now I already had a good charging dock and 1 good battery from the first set, all I wanted to do was exchange the bad battery for a good one). After receiving the 3rd set I tested the batteries and again both batteries locked the controller. I did email the company back to let them know and as of yet I have not heard anything. I wanted to be fair in this review, I got a good charging station that works with the controller and one good battery that holds a charge for a few days. Because of the 5 batteries in a row that were bad and the delayed response from the company I can only give them 3 stars. I tried to google the issue but could not find anything on why a battery would make a controller spin.

I bought two and they work just fine, Plus I dont have to buy an additional stand. Once the remotes are charged I pull them a little from the charging port to save eneergy and the controllers stay on the stand for a nice display in my game room.
