Mine came with the weights, however I could not get it to work so I returned the item.

Where do I buy the power adapter ??

I found the power cords on Amazon you just have to get them with the right ends

Is the lens cover replaceable ? For whatever reason it cracked, just sitting there and now leaks

I'm sure it is ,just find a lense about the same diameter off a torch or some thing similar. It requires a rubber O ring or gaskit under the lenses to allow for heat expansion and cooling.
