This is REALLY hard to beat for the price! It not only kept me dry, but is also a nice wind breaker, and it is not sweaty on humid days. It is a quality jacket lined with nylon, but also with an inner fishnet lining to make it breathable. This is perfect for moderate temperature rainy days. I wear a men's medium shirt, and this fit very nicely WITHOUT impeding my golf swing at all. I do have a 32 waist and slender build, so it fit great for me. I also have a shorter torso with longer legs, which put the bottom of the jacket at my belt level. One size caveat might be if you have a larger waist or mid-section then one size up may be needed.
