Been using this for a couple years, its difficult to fully say if this has had an overall effect or whether its just i drink more water in general. But personally I find it gives water somehow a bit more of a refreshing taste. It looks grainy in water however, ive never noticed any grittyness when drinking. For the price and servings, its decent!

I’ve been using this electrolyte powder for a while and I’m happy with it. It does taste quite salty, so I mix it into drinks or even Greek yogurt where the salty taste works well. I’ve noticed better hydration and overall feel better using it. Good value for the price.

I do a lot of fasting, sometimes up to 10 days at a time. I have been using electrolytes in water for years, but I've always felt quite bad no matter how much or little I consumed. So I did some extensive searching to figure out the best ratios, which eventually lead me to purchase this product as it has a more even sodium to potassium distribution. Since then my mood and overall energy has improved significantly. Most other electrolyte powders have too much sodium compared to the potassium, and I've found this can cause me to become dehydrated rather than rehydrated. This powder not only makes me feel perfectly normal while fasting, it actually eradicates my hunger entirely. Furthermore, this tastes so much better than the other powders I've tried. All the other powders I have tried have a grittiness to them that floats around. I've noticed that with this powder the grains tend to eventually dissolve and stick to the side of my water bottle. I'm assuming that this is just some kind of anticaking agent. It's pretty easy to clean off anyway, and the product stills seems to do the job. The only thing missing from this blend is some form of phosphorus, which helps prevent refeeding syndrome when breaking an extended fast. Vitamin B6 covers this, though.

Quite good and cost effective but doesn’t dissolve completely so it’s a bit grainy. All in all, this is a good quality electrolyte powder with the right combination of minerals. The plain flavour is not overly-salty when mixed up properly, either. It’s inexpensive for the number of servings you get, which makes it great as a daily-dose electrolyte. That being said, the one drawback is that it doesn’t fully dissolve when mixed at the correct dosage so I frequently get a grainy/gritty texture when drinking it, which isn’t particularly pleasant, but it isn’t a deal breaker. The included serving spoon is handy.

As others have said this mix contains less sodium and therefore works a lot better.

It don’t taste the greatest. I normally only drink water and as soon as this is mixed with the water it makes the water tastes like its got a tiny bit of un fragrant detergent mixed in. People in the other comments saying they can’t taste anything must have been smoking cigarettes all their life’s and have damaged taste buds. If you mix it with some fruit juice it’s difficult to taste. I’d still buy again as it does work 🫤

Good product - pleasant enough when used with flavoured juice

Using it while on 18-6 Keto diet. Taste is negligible. Works well especially on the 24hr fasts. Use it while cycling also. Dissolves ok as far as I can see.
