can you use a converter with this pen?

I like this pen, but I find the ink doesn't dry as dark as I'd like on most paper. What other ink cartridges fit this pen?

Please be advised that both Parker Long and Short cartridges fit the pen. In addition, if you would like to refill the pen from a bottle of ink, the Parker converter is also compatible with the Jotter fountain pen.

How do you install the cartridge? Do you apply pressure with fingers only or put the nib on a hard surface and push the cartridge from the back

In order to install the ink cartridge, please, unscrew the barrel, put the cartridge into the front end, push it gently until it clicks, and screw the pen back together.

I have a Parker pen that doesn’t have lines on the feather/arrow. Does that mean it’s counterfeit? Thank you!

Hello, for what I know, Parker does make different types of clip design; there are desings like a simple arrow with no lines, a fully detailed arrow, a simple clip (no arrow), you can see these varieties in vintage pens, however for the actual Parker Jotter fountain pen I haven't found one without the lines (in the ballpoint pen it does exist a simple clip). To be sure if it is a original pen, check the seller, the box, the pen itself and compare with the other on internet. Hope I helped you.
