This is an excellent cleansing shampoo. The fur comes out squeaky clean. Removes residues and leaves nothing behind. Foams up nicely. It is clear in color, so safe to use after whitening. I have not had any issues with the amount of colloidal silver in it affecting coat color, even after whitening. Smell is fresh and neutral, no flower or artificial fragrance, and does not linger in the fur for long after the bath.This shampoo is also excellent for skin issues and irritations. Dandruff, flea bite inflammation, scratches/scrapes, anything where the skin is just angry or flaky. Bathing once a week, there is almost no trace after bath #2 and after bath #3 I have not had any skin issues persist.It is expensive for the size, note that the bigger bottle is not a full gallon. The directions say not to dilute it—I have used it all over the body in dilution and it worked as a general shampoo, and then I use it full strength on the areas that are actively having problems. I would not use it as a regular every day shampoo due to the price unless your dog is absolutely riddled by skin issues.Great for washing inside ears of long eared dogs. Gets the wax/grease out and the colloidal silver helps prevent any ear infections. Around eyes and lips and beards it is also great. I also use it on the feet, on the pads and between toes if any dog gets any irritations or scratches from being out on walks. If your dog gets a foxtail or other grass seed/burr that made its way to the skin, after you or your vet remove it, this is a good product to keep washing the area with to reduce inflammation quickly and keep it from getting infected.

It helped a lot with my female Standard Poodle’s hot spots. I will use ONLY this shampoo on her from now on.

I have had great success with this product on client's whose pets have chronic skin issues that even "prescription" shampoos haven't helped.

Pros: A little goes a long way. After two washes the yeasty smell on my dog went away.Tip: make sure to use conditioner this made his fur feel dry.Con: not sure is its a manufacturer issue or seller issue. The product is not the fluid oz listed. Unfortunately, that means it's more expensive. Also, the ingredients are not listed.
