VERY Important information the way this item works: All if these magic Arms do not give a valid description as to how they work which leads to many being returned faulty when they are not, the side mounts move freely up until the point you tighten the right angle down its at this point the magic happens inside the mechanics is activated and both sides lock down.So with many of these Magic arms on the market that have literally flopped, yes I do mean flopped their mechanics inside just isn't up to the task and therefore all the mounts just flop about a culprit of that is the Neewer brand!So what makes this unit different well immediately that you get it out the box you can feel it's a completely different engineered device this unit feels so much nicer and studier that the others.The unit comes with a a whole host of accessories included 1x Go Pro Mounts a Very unique and nice to handle go pro thrumb screw bolt, Smartphone Mount and an Ultra Soft 7' x 7' suedette style cleaning cloth that Fantaseal are always good a giving our (Fantastic on smartphone screens and lenses)So the other thing is the all-important friction clamp most of these are a chunk of metal and they just slap a clump of uhu glue of the clasps and put some rubber matting on thats your friction grip, Fantaseal the Metal clamp has been engineered flawlessly and has the rubber carefully connected to it so it doesn't damage other devices it connects to.So how easy is it to setup very easy check out this guide TRUTH has made for you :Ok so you have bought your Fantaseal Friction Grip Task 1 Completed ;).To be able to easily connected your devices rather than wrestle around wishing you had two more hands lay the items out flat on a Table.Generally for instance the picture included the LED Light we laid out top left the adjusted the Magic arm into a right angle, we then placed the friction clamp down to the right of the magic arm. It was only once we had the items all laids out and checked we then lifter up only one side of the magic arm (Leave the rest sat down on table so not heavy) connect firstly the LED Lamp into place then lower that side down and raised other side and install the friction Clamp and lay all back down. I needed a clamp arm stand for a camera, mainly so that I can video inside a car whilst driving with a compact camera and a 360 VR camera.After much research I settled on this one by fantaseal with its two arms and clamp.The packaging comes with a lot of attachments for go-pros, smartphone's and of course with a standard camera attachment.The camera arm stand was fairly easy to attach to a car chair head rest without the need of any extra tools, and proved stable in real world use. And of course can attach to other stuff as well such as desks, and any virtually anything that's less than 1 inch thick.So what more can I say it does the job, a bonus is that its made of metal so should last a lot longer than plastic ones.

This arm is very durable and the joints are strong, easily holding my camera horizontal. Barring someone dropping a house on it, I can see it lasting a lifetime.The only problem I had with it (and the reason it's 4 stars and not 5) is it did not come with a manual or even a simple sheet, showing how the pieces A) come apart and B) go together for the different variations you want to achieve. After a very frustrating 30 minutes of fiddling with it, and my husband fiddling with it, I gave up and looked for a manual online. The only thing I had to go on was the buffing cloth that came with the arm, with the webpage 'fantaseal' printed on it. There, I didn't find a manual/sheet, but I DID find a picture with a clear image of what I was trying to achieve. It unlocked my problem (a piece I thought was one full piece, was actually two, giving me the male part I needed for all the female connections I had). Two minutes later, and I had a working magic arm!It comes with a lot of accessories for different needs.I will include a picture of the picture that helped me with my problem, in case it helps someone else, from the fantaseal.com site.Yes, in spite of my frustrations, I would recommend this product to others.

The arm is very versatile & you can get most positions. If used with a heavy ish camera there is a bit of movement & you have to tighten the screw quite hard if a heavy camera is used.Otherwise good but the clamp area is relatively small so ok for small piles like a broomstick but not much more.

I'm very happy with this arm. It's very sturdy, the clamp feels strong and can hold both my phone or full size camera.It's very easy to use with one single screw in the middle that locks the whole thing including the rotating balls at both ends, making it super easy to set up.Once locker it doesn't move at all.It also has a universal screw at the end so I've used it not only to hold the camera but to attach lights and microphone away from the lense, I was having trouble shooting video with my fluffy microphone because you could see it on the video but with this arm I can have the microphone away from the lense

Bought this to mainly mount flash / phone on tripod, with occasional use as camera mount. Bit apprehensive after reading some reviews here but supports my camera (Lumix FZ1000, 831g / 1.83lbs) even on full extension. Few things to note:1. Lightly tighten centre lock, check that teeth are engaged correctly i.e. not peak to peak then fully tighten. This stops tooth wear and ensures a solid fix.2. Don't adjust position with the centre lock tight as this will wear the teeth, slacken slightly first to disengage teeth then adjust while supporting any fitted equipment before locking into position3. Mount equipment then fix roughly in position before adjusting as above.4. Fitting the clamp to the arm tightly enough to prevent movement caused some wear on the rubber pad so used a washer to give it protectionThis is a useful addition to my bag, well made and very sturdy when locked with useful accessories to cater for most use cases.

Inutile elencarvi le varie informazioni tecniche che potete leggere in descrizione o vedere in foto (vedi foto contenuto confezione), questo "Magic Arm" è davvero un oggetto da portare sempre nel proprio zaino in quanto è possibile in un secondo montarlo ed usarlo in svariati modi e con svariati accessori.Io personalmente l'ho acquistato come abbinamento, grazie al comodo morsetto, al mio tripod, in modo da utilizzare contemporaneamente due camere o per esempio un microfono direzionale quando la slitta è occupata dal faretto.Materiali di discreta qualità, abbastanza pesantuccio e dotato di un'unica chiusura a farfalla per impostare sia il braccio che lo snodo dei due attacchi per accessori (consiglio di mantenerlo in modo sicuro quando si allenta per cambiare posizione o potrebbe cascare ogni cosa).Per quanto riguarda l'uso di device, assicuratevi di non utilizzare accessori troppo pesanti. Perfetti gli smartphone, piccoli faretti, microfoni ed handycam (vedi foto).

Der erste Eindruck des Griffes schien sehr stabil zu sein. Leider ist nach dem zweiten Mal Benutzen die Gewindestange der Befestigungsschraube abgebrochen. Hier wurde eindeutig am Material gespart.

Il prodotto arriva in una confezione di cartone, con in omaggio un panno di microfibra per pulire gli schermi di cellulari e fotocamera.Il clamp è resistente (anche se la parte antigraffio interna al morsetto mi si è subito scollata... userò del super attack per risolvere il problema, ma perde una stella per questo), facile da montare e molto versatile.Ci sono diversi accessori inclusi nella scatola, ma non ho ancora ben capito a cosa servono. Non sarebbe male avere un libretto di istruzioni incluso.Comunque prodotto valido e che fa quello che promette.
