This high quality fireproof bag is just what I needed. I have several of these, one has a snap closure that seems as if fire and water could easily circumvent, and the other is great, but too large for my purpose. I wanted a fireproof document bag for important paper items inside a lockbox. While the box itself may provide some protection, I needed to put my papers in something, so why not an added layer of protection? This size fits nicely without any itchy stray fibers.

Its a great size and holds everything for my notary supplies. Seems very well made and agree that it has a odd texture to bag but hey - odd is good right? As long as it does its job - I'm happy.

I purchased this bag to store a few important documents, just for a piece of my mind. When I received this item, I thoroughly inspected it and it seemed well made. I have not tested it on its fireproof quality, but before I purchased it, I read one review of a buyer, who did testing and it seemed to hold up against the flames.

I really like the convenience of this bag for bringing home a folder or two of paperwork. It’s better than a big briefcase for just a few articles to read or risking dropping a folder of papers and loosing some. Plus it’s waterproof for dropping in the rain like I did.

Glad I got this to protect my important documents but I will say, it has a weird smell.

I’m not sure if I ever want to know if they are fireproof!!They are pretty roomy and have given me peace of mind

Clearly, I have no idea whether the fireproof bag is fireproof... and hope never to find out. But I do know that its surface has a weird, almost slimy feel to it. This is quite unpleasant. I suggest it is OK for storing documents but not ideal to use as a briefcase.

Very cool bag! Much easier that. A heavy safe. We played around with it some and it seems to work pretty well.

Hope I never have to find out if it lives up to the specifications. Gives peace of mind.

It's a good size pouch. The downside is the coating is sticky. I tried wiping it down but didn't help. For that reason I wouldn't recommend.
