Last time i bought the suckers i got 3 raspberry, 2 grape and the rest orange is that how they all come?

Since I didn’t buy the same product (I bought honey lemon) so not able to judge the product you mentioned.

It doesn’t say how much honey is in the product, but it is the second ingredient listed. I can def taste the strong Manuka honey and it’s healing properties helped. INGREDIENTS: ORGANIC CANE SYRUP, ORGANIC MANUKA HONEY, ORGANIC BROWN RICE SYRUP, CITRIC ACID, ASCORBIC ACID AND NATURAL FLAVOR

Are these gluten free?

I am going to say yes. It says it is processed at a plant that that also processes peanuts, diary, almonds, walnuts, nutmeg and soy protein. Ingredients organic sugar cane, organic Manuka honey, organic brown rice syrup, citric acid, ascorbic acid and natural flavor.

where are these made?

The package doesn't say. It says it's distributed in Malverne PA. But Google the company. Resources come from New Zealand.
