Purchasing this laptop turned out to be an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. When I first unboxed the laptop, the packaging looked nice and everything seemed promising. However, once I powered it on and went through the initial setup—entering my information and authenticating myself—the screen froze at the point where it asked me to enable the Find My Laptop feature. The trackpad immediately stopped responding, and no keyboard commands (like Ctrl+Alt+Delete) would work at all. Essentially, the entire machine locked up within the first few minutes of use, and I couldn't even navigate to restart it properly. I had the laptop in my possession for LESS THAN THREE HOURS before deciding to return it. Unfortunately, the return policy added insult to injury. Because I had to open the box just to find out the product was defective, I learned that they reserve the right to keep 20-50% of the refund simply because the packaging was opened as a restocking fee/packaging and handling. It’s pretty unreasonable to penalize a customer for opening the box when that’s the only way to discover that the laptop doesn’t work. In short, I won't be buying from this brand again. The combination of a malfunctioning product right out of the gate and a less-than-customer-friendly return policy has left me very disappointed.
