The 20 inch. gell cushion is worth every penny to me! Only one problem, I WISHED I would have thought/seen something like this couple years back. This cushion is relieving most (way better) of my pain on both sides of my rear. Hopefully, it helps on somewhat the healing process. “Bed sores that haven’t opened.” I am 6ft 1inch tall and weight 240 lb’s and it’s holding me up and comfortable. I would like to try one out about a inch thicker and in around the 26”x26” in diameter, but not having any luck so far on finding one. Most products like this are sized for wheelchairs, and I’m not in one. I believe would give a little more room for my size, couch, bench etc. As for bed use, it’s uncomfortable too much pressure on lower back. Now!, one size (full body) like this gell cushion that you can lay on, could be even better! Because I’m at the point where lying down is bothering me down there too. I’m gonna be looking into that too one day. Again, five stars, because I’m getting relief. Thank you.

Not what I expected. Has helped however I have to search for a comfortable spot to sit. Downside my hips and back are hurting suddenly since started using cushion.

I purchased this item with the hope and expectation that it would be comfortable. It was not. And it doesn't hold form. So the benefit it claims it offers is only for individuals of light weight. If you are seeking relief and you are a inclined to buy something for when you are sitting, this is not the item for you.

It fits the recliner perfectly and feels great !

Does not work in recliner which I searched for specifically. Probably whirl good in a regular hard seat chair. Maybe at a ball game.
