National Geographic Kids World Atlas, 5th Edition

My 10 year old son loves this book. There are so many interesting facts about geography. The pictures are so colorful. I would highly recommend this book for any child that enjoys geography.

We home school our 9 year old grand daughter. Questions often come up in social studies, science and literature that require finding a location on the map and learning more about it. This atlas has wonderful maps and a wealth of information to support learning about our world.

My son absolutely LOVES this book! Great pictures & information is perfect for an 8 yr old.

My daughter loves this atlas! She was reading it all weekend. Not only does it have maps from all over the world , it has fun activities for kids and interesting facts about a variety of topics. It was very reasonably priced. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I am pleased with the book so far. The layout is good and it is fairly consistent with standard atlases as far as content only it is presented with a younger audience in mind. It will be a good book for my children. The only complaint I have is that it came obviously damaged. I assumed at first something happened during shipping but the package it came in was not damaged. Basically there are about 5 deep gashes in the front cover going about 45 pages deep. The package was not affected meaning it happened before it was shipped. This is really annoying. The book gets 5 stars and the poor quality control gets 2 😕

These days when kids are running away from books, this is one of the wonderful book which includes everything related to world atlas. You can roam around the world along with your kid within this book. I bought this for my small cute friend and he love to read it.

My husband thought it was cool and very informational. My son is going through a "map" phase and love paging through it. Lots of great information packed into it.

Excellent reference for my 4th grader who loves geography...he reads it over and over! The articles are interesting and educational, and it is a high-quality glossy type of paper with vivid, colorful printing. Definitely recommend!

My 5-year old son loves this atlas. It's colourful, has interesting tidbits and the flag section at the back is a great bonus.

Bought Atlas for my grandson. He loves it. I also found it very interesting.

Purchased for my granddaughter, Aadya, aged 7. She is in Australia with her parents. What I observed first was that the coverage of Australia is very brief. And really wished for a hardbound edition. Save for the above observations, the book gave full satisfaction, on par with my expectations.
