Derma Roller for Face

I bought this as an entry to microneedling and prior to getting a pen. It’s cute and simple. And I’m still using it. I bought it in July 2025. Great quality, no rusting and it’s still around and looking brand new.I use it once a month to break up my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation in conjunction with a strict skin care regimen and it’s well worth the money. Very easy to clean. I love the fact that it includes the little basin to disinfect the attachments.So far it’s been doing a great job at getting those deeper layers of hyperpigmentation.My treatments are a bit aggressive so I use the 1.25mm stamp for those areas on my neck and chin. Then hit the recommended areas and those same spots with the 1.00mm. And the whole face (and those same spots) with the 0.5mm roller. I do this with 2 vials of WNP Hyaluronic Acid all over my face, followed by another one or 99% PDRN shot from Medicube.The rollers are great for morning cooling and depuffing.

I’ve been using this for a long time - long enough that I can confidently say it works really well and stands up over time.I love the way everything comes packaged. All the parts and pieces are easy to put away neatly. I especially like the separate basin for cleaning. That’s super convenient.If you’re new to poking holes in your face, start slowly and don’t jump in with the largest mm. That’s asking for skin irritation. Start small and with gentle skin care products. Your skin will adjust over time and you can get a bit more aggressive.I have used my roller with a couple of different skin care serums. It has been a lot of trial and error to determine which one appears to be making the most difference when used with this roller. I have been trying to target hyperpigmentation. Honestly, I think I can see improvement. Also, my skin seems to be more smooth/less textured than it was before I started using the roller. I definitely think my face looks better overall.This roller is well worth the money and def worth checking out.

Love this kit. Live the way it packaged. Its easier to clean the pieces and keep them covered and sanitary. The needles are sharp and its easy to use.

If you are going to go the derma roller route, this kit is a great option. The pain from a roller can be more tolerable than a stamp, however you are still limited in the number of uses before the needles really dull. In the meantime, this is an effective way to deliver serums deeper below the surface of your skin to maximize efficacy. I do love that this kit actually has cleaning in mind, as hygiene is a critical part of using these tools successfully, so the cup to soak the heads in alcohol is a great inclusion. Overall I think this is a great quality kit for anyone who wants to introduce derma rolling into their skincare routine, and it would make a great gift. The fun, bright colors are a plus, too.

This is a great dermaroller set. You get a nice combination of tools, and the quality seems on-par with other dermarollers I've used previously.I love how much you get with this set. The container has a sneaky little setup where you keep uncovering new things. List some items to find others hidden underneath. I was honestly skeptical when I saw how much was included because I couldn't imagine it all fit in there. But it does!You have your normal dermaroller, a narrower one for more targeting, and even a pen-style microneedle, which is something I've wanted to try for a while for even more targeted scar areas.As bonuses, you have other facial tools -- a little silicone roller, a silicone brush you can use to scrub your face, a metal roller, and a small metal ball roller which is nice for under-eye areas. You also get a spoon for applying product to your skin, plus a two-ball-style jade roller. That's already a LOT in this package, but I wasn't initially sure why the silicone brush was in a separate container. It's for disinfecting your rollers! I was wondering how I'd do that (normally with alcohol before and after use), but this is super-convenient.Overall, you get a lot in this kit, and there are different needle sizes so you're bound to find the right one for the job. Even if you're new to dermarolling and you're not sure you're ready, there are plenty of other tools you can start with. Got this for my daughter and she loves it. She said it's a good kit, it comes with several attachments and is easy to use. Has seen improvement after using for a few months. Very happy with the product and the results. Good price for this type of product.

This Derma Roller kit comes with a variety of attachments to choose from! I like that everything fits neatly into the compact box making it easy to store in my bathroom draw. You receive a microneedle roller that comes with nine replaceable heads. Three are for micro-needling, one silicone face brush, four different massage tools, and one basin. Right from the start, my favorite was the Ice Roller Head. It feels so good using it on my face. I've been using a 0.25 mm derma roller, so my skin will need some time to adapt to the sharper ones. I like that it comes with a small basin to keep everything clean and sanitized. This is a really good value kit for all you get.

Derma Roller Kit for Face, Body and Hair, 10 in 1 Facial Beauty Rollers Skin Care ToolsThis was my first time using any sort of micro needling device, but decided to give it a try because I've got some wrinkles that I would rather poke my own eye out than continue to see in the mirror.Before I started, I read the directions which told me to soak the needling head in the included basin in 75% alcohol for 4-5 minutes, and clean my face thoroughly. And I did these things before I got started.I also want to mention this kit came sealed, like medical devices with needles should.I only did my upper lip and under one eye and its matching crow's foot so that I could tell if there was any improvement. I just rubbed the smaller roller needle across each area 4-5 times going in different directions. Afterwards I used another of the pieces of the kit the massage a serum I had on hand into my skin in the areas I had just micro needled. There was immediately a very visible difference. I am sure it is just swelling for now. Time will tell.About 20 minutes after my application, my skin was red, proving I had stimulated a response- and that is what is supposed to happen.The kit does tell you not to reuse the needles, but if this actually works I will happily pay the 18.99 this kit is currently listed for every 2-3 weeks for 4 -6 treatments.
