Odour solution soap: Antibac soap or benzol peroxide as 5 min mask x1 weekly. 2. Odour solution serum: Salicylic acid/glycolic or benzol peroxide acid serum 2-3x weekly. 3. Ingrowns, bumps, folliculitis soap: 2% ketoconazole anti dandruff shampoo 2-3x weekly 5 min mask 4: Sweat, chaffing prevention cornstarch "talc", Fan dry skin before applying natural stick/cream anti perspirant 5: Clothing Wear 95% cotton, don't wear gym synthetics all day, skip fabric softener wash clothes with anti-bac sports detergent
