Can you apply this product on the face

Yes you can use this scrub on your face, it leaves your skin lovely and soft.

I don’t have hot or warm showers I have cold ones so will this still be effective?

Should do as it exfoliater, though I’d be very careful as it is very oily, so very slippery. Very good it is.

Can I use this under my eyes to prevent milia and exfoliate dead skin?

I wouldn't use this exfoliator for Under Eye use, (or even Face use). The graduals are 'sized' for use on the body, not the delicate skin around the eye. However, I absolutely love this exfoliator and 100% would recommend it for use on the body.

Every other scrub is measured in ML, as there isn't much of a size indication, can I ask what the ml is please?

ml is directly converted to grams - metric system baby! so this 500g product is 500ml.
