Thanks Frank!
I've tried Ketone IQ in the past and didn't notice anything but recently tried the KetoneAid shots and got a significant bump in energy and mental clarity, also tastes great no bitterness most ketone supplements have. I'm just getting back on Keto diet and this supplement helps me avoid that Keto flu I usually get the first week or 2 of the diet. Also wanted to mention customer service is solid, I had some questions about other products they offer and Frank the owner jumped on a few text messages with me and was very helpful.

Keep away from carbs
Strong ketone effect. Boosts focus and energy quickly, though the taste takes getting used to.

Great additional energy source
I’m trying ketone salts/ketones as an additional energy source to glucose for endurance dirt bike racing. I used it for the first time this past weekend in a two hr race (tko). I feel like I did notice better energy the second half of the race, less muscle cramping and good mental focus. Taste wise, it’s fine, salty as you’d expect. I drank 3/4 of the bottle on a mostly empty stomach. Hadn’t eaten anything solid in 2-3 hrs but lots of electrolyte hydration in that time. I had a 2 hr race 2 hrs before this one where I tested it. Too soon to say if it affected my recovery, it seemed normal, more testing required.

Maybe it works, it’s hard to tell.
I just got one bottle to try out. Honestly I didn’t notice much. It just reminds me that there are no shortcuts.

Energy and focus like I’ve never felt
UPDATE: Placebo effect is a powerful thing. After taking this on several other occasions, I’m definitely not as wowed by the product, but I continue to buy and use. Overall, I have improved energy, focus, and appetite suppression when I drink it. I haven’t noticed anything worth noting for improvement for my IBS. Below is my first experience with Ketonaide. I am not a fitness focused person. I have an elliptical machine in my home that often holds clothes for more time than it gets used. :( I came here because I found a random YouTuber talking about how ketones helped her IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and I have been suffering so badly that I thought I would give ketones a try. Now, I should say that there is zero evidence that ketones do anything for IBS, but again I was desperate. So I found ketoneaide in my search and figured I would give them a try. I read that the KE1 doesn’t taste as bad as KE4 and figured I’d give it a try first. So this morning it arrived and I took a half a bottle as instructed. I did so on an empty stomach. I was sitting on the couch and planning on a lazy morning of rest and to see if this would help with my stomach pain. 15 min after drinking it I felt a sudden motivation to get up and workout. I kid you not, it was like I had drank a 5 hour energy drink 5 times over again without the jitters. So I figure, “you know what, I’m going to go workout on my elliptical.” …but once I got on my elliptical I realized what I was experiencing was not placebo. I typically use a level 8 or 9 on my elliptical (out of 20)… but level 13 suddenly felt like level 8. I ran on level 13 for 5 minutes and only had to stop because my heart was ready to beat out of my chest. I ran for 45 minutes and although I feel like I worked out, my mind and energy level is still very high. Mind you, I haven’t eaten a thing this morning… and I’m not hungry. I’ll admit, all of this sounds too good to be true and ripe with placebo effects but I had to get on here and write a review. Keep in mind I’m working with a 1 day sample size and could easily just be in my own head but the increased intensity workout is hard to deny. Now… what I don’t know is how this will help (if at all) with IBS but if it does then my goodness it’ll be a miracle supplement. Taste: the taste to me is not bad at all. I’d equate it with something like a 5 hour energy drink in that it has a strange after taste, but I didn’t have any urge to drink water or wash it out of my mouth afterwards but I wouldn’t want it to taste much worse, so I don’t think I’m a KE4 guy.

Disgusting taste with no change noticed
Absolutely disgusting taste but I took it for a full week to try it out for the benefits it’s supposed to provide. I did not experience any of the benefits. Maybe it needs to be taken for a longer period of time, but it’s too expensive. I don’t think it’s worth the cost at all.

Rocket Fuel for Running & Recovery
KetoneAid has proven to be an invaluable weapon in my Arsenal and tool in my belt as a younger, 100% plant-based/vegan mountain/ultra/trail runner. I find the ester to work best during fasted exercise and in the middle or nearing the end of long or intense efforts- effects are quickly, if not immediately noticeable and lasting. From personal observation of my application of Ketones, said results range from (and are not limited to) experiencing a lowered average heart rate, climbing hills with less perceived effort, increased mental acuity and sharpness. Frank, the CEO of KetoneAid, is also an extremely knowledgeable and amicable representative who exceeds at making the customer as comprehensively informed and feel as welcome and comfortable asking questions possible. (Thank you for bringing this product to the world, and for sharing your time and resources with us!)

KetoneAid KE1 Ketone Ester Drink
I bought the KetoneAid KE1 Ketone Ester Drink Shot and gave it a try. Overall, I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The drink definitely gave me a noticeable boost in energy, especially when I took it before my morning workout. I felt more focused and alert, which was a nice surprise. The peach flavor was alright—nothing amazing, but not too bad either. I do wish it was a bit more affordable, though. For the price, I'd hoped for even more benefits. But, it did what it promised, so I'm pretty satisfied. Would I recommend it? Yeah, if you're into fitness and looking for an energy boost, it's worth a shot.
