Unfortunately the elastic inside the first band I tried began to unravel and fray after 3 hours of use. The fraying has got steadily worse since so 1st one binned and now on second band in three days. Same thing happening again. This pack will not last long. Very disappointed given the price of £5.Edit: Since writing this review, the seller has contacted me to offer a refund but only AFTER I remove my negative review. Reported to Amazon. I've had these on repeat order for a couple of years now, but the quality has dramatically decreased since the last time I ordered. I think they might have lowered the amount of elastic in the hairband which means for those of us looking to tie us thick and heavy hair, they don't do a good enough job.They won't snap as they still have ample stretch but they aren't strong enough. For example, I ties my hair in a high pony and it had sagged down to the middle of my head in no more than 30 mins if that.If you're just looking for a basic tie for lounging I guess these are still fine but not if you're looking for a quality tie to keep your hair in place.Really sad. It took me ages to find these in the first place.

A few bad reviews on here but luckily for me, these have been great! I have medium length hair plus a full head of thick extensions. So that's A LOT of hair! Tying my hair up is usually a struggle and I have to use at least 2 hair bands, sometimes 3. Since buying these, I just use the one hair band now. Hair stays securely in place and doesn't drop.Super happy with these!

So soft on my hair. Other hair bands always got caught in my hair and damaged it a lot. Was also very painful but this is soft and my hair feels secure but not painful unlike normal bands.

These do cost a little more than the others, but this is very much reflected in the quality. Nice and thick and the elastic doesn't go after repeated use. They wash well too

I have long hair medium thickness and these are really good. you get so many I wont need to buy again !

I ended up returning because they were a little too tight, tighter than I thought they would be.

Perfect for my type of hair. It's so annoying when you buy hair bands and they snap, these hair bands last and are strong and durable so I would definitely recommend!
