Great item to have in your car tool kit. Alway be prepared
I bought one of these years ago for my car tool kit and it’s come in handy on several occasions when we’ve been at our church building after hours, working on the scout gear and trailer. After a weekend of camping we get back with a bunch of dirty equipment and the church is a commercial building with no spigot handles and the maintenance staff isn’t around. Luckily I had my silcock key and we were in business to wash down the gear.I’ve used it at least twice a year just for that. It’s hilarious when you show up a little late and a couple other dads are using a pair of needle nose pliers to try and open the spigot, you walk up with the proper tool and feel like John Wick walking away from a battle. As I tell my scouts, Always Be Prepared! Small item to carry and if you need it once, it was worth it

When you need one, no other tool will work
Not long ago, some friends and I were travelling with horses and stopped for the night at a motel. We obtained permission from the desk clerk to use an outside faucet to get water for the animals. But the valve required a special tool and the clerk didn't know anything about it. We went to a lot of trouble to get water from a gas station some distance away. At home, I did some research and discovered the needed tool is called a 4 way Silcock Key. I immediately ordered one for each of our vehicles from this seller and have never regretted it. They are well made, inexpensive and have come in handy more than once. I highly recommend that anyone who travels with horses, cattle, hogs, etc and may have legitimate need to get water from a faucet requiring one of these tools should order one right now and keep it in your glove box. It's cheap insurance.

Nice quick fix!
If you are just 'missing' a handle, and the screw threads or splines are not stripped, you might find a more permanent solution. I found some other 'fix-it solutions' out there more cumbersome to use. Some use a long screw with a squared spacer, and maybe washers, but I found the more parts the greater chance it will not fit properly or not stay secure when turning it.If one of the 4 ports of this tool does not fit tight on the shoulder of the shaft, then it's time to replace the valve or keep pliers to turn it on or off.I found it to be perfect for my purpose. Since my bibb is located inside my property wandering eyes do not see it so I leave it on the faucet for now.Since it keeps the gardener-wife happy, I call it a Life Saver. :)

Can't do without this tool
I do commercial and residential Pressure washing, which makes the 4-way key INDESPENSIBLE.We have come to rely on it so much that when anyone uses it, then is immediately placed back in its own 4-way key tool pocket. not in a pants or jacket pocket. essentially you lose it, you are done (period) The 4-way key is so important I highly recommend purchasing 2-3 of them. And SHTF folks, Yes buy the 4-way key there is always some water left in the line (unless) someone turns off the water, which does happen about 1out of 10 times. Most of the time geniuses use needle nose pliers, but they don't always work because the spigot can be extremely tight, which just rounds off the square insert, and yes gardeners do that, instead of investing in the 4-way key, I just can't wrap my head around that. Buy the 4-way key!

Not a cheap piece of junk
For under $4, I expected a cheap piece of junk from Pakistan. Instead, I got a metal four-way key that has (Duh!) four different holes. It's higher quality than I expected. Not junk. Many businesses that have outdoor faucets do not have handles on the faucets. This is how they prevent people from wasting their water. Many of those businesses wouldn't mind letting you fill up a 5-gallon container, but they're too busy to go get the faucet key. And besides, they're just a bit worried that you'd take it with you. Trying to turn their faucet on with needle nosed pliers doesn't work. So, no water. With one of these adapters in the glove compartment, you can turn on their faucets. Big deal? Yes! No adapter, no water. But the adapter needs to have some quality. You don't want to break it off in the faucet, or have it drop dead and not work. I've gotten one adapter for each of my trucks. It's the easy way to fill an Igloo cooler and have drinkable water for free.

WaterSpikit works great!
It does the job it needs to do. The last one we had someone took it and now we keep it locked up. I use it to water my flower garden.

The 4-Way Key for Valve, Faucet, and Sillcock is a handy tool designed for working with various plumbing fixtures, including valves, faucets, and sillcocks. Its versatility and multiple size options make it a convenient addition to any homeowner's toolkit. Here's what I like:Versatile Applications: The key is designed to fit four common sizes of valves, faucets, and sillcocks: 1/4", 9/32", 5/16", and 11/32". This versatility allows you to use it for a wide range of plumbing tasks.Durable Construction: The key is typically made from durable materials like steel or brass, ensuring it can withstand the rigors of use.Easy to Use: The key is designed for easy grip and leverage, making it comfortable and efficient to use.Cost-Effective: Compared to purchasing separate keys for each size, the 4-way key offers a cost-effective solution for multiple plumbing needs.Compact and Portable: The key is compact and lightweight, making it easy to store and transport in a toolbox.Things to consider:Limited Size Range: While the key covers four common sizes, it may not fit all valve, faucet, or sillcock sizes. It's important to check the specific dimensions of your fixtures before purchasing.Potential for Damage: Using the wrong size key or applying excessive force can damage the fixture. It's essential to use the correct size and apply appropriate pressure.Limited Applications: The key is primarily designed for turning valves, faucets, and sillcocks. It may not be suitable for other plumbing tasks.Overall, the 4-Way Key for Valve, Faucet, and Sillcock is a valuable tool for homeowners and DIY enthusiasts who need to work with various plumbing fixtures. Its versatility, durability, and ease of use make it a convenient and cost-effective option. However, it's important to consider its limited size range, potential for damage, and limited applications before purchasing.

Simple and solid valve wrench.
I purchased this 4-way key to turn off a line that had frozen and burst at our apartment complex. I worked like a charm. Excellent quality - it's solid metal.

Serviceable at best
It's solid enough, but a couple concerns:- I bought two, and both were already starting to oxidize or rust in the packaging;- One of the product photos shows the back of the packaging and that the item is "Made in Taiwan". Both of the items I received, same product/company, are made in China. I would have considered buying a different product if I'd known this one was made in China.
