Great kit with everything you need
Great value pack containing 4 cameras, hub and all cables and connections you need. A great simple cctv system with the option to hard wire cameras or wirelessly connect to the hub. All power and fixes included. Hub is simple to navigate the menus and comes with a mouse to operate. Hub will need to be connected to aTV and broadband router for remote access via the free app on your phone for remote viewing. Comes with a small SD card which captures movement (not continuous recording) so it’s economical with storage and saves space. If you’re looking for 4 wireless waterproof camera CCTV system, this won’t disappoint.

I've got my eyes on you!
Having bought 1 previously which was great, my 2nd purchase had 1 camera that would not pair. Spent several days with Zosi help, Richard, but despite his best efforts it was to no avail. Just returned it and ordered another. Would have been a 5 star, but for the problem. Jon

Good kit all round
Overall, the setup for this camera surveillance kit was pretty straightforward - I think the instructions could have been a little clearer though and more specific for the kit you get, but the process itself was easy to do. The hub needs to be connected to a router via Ethernet, the cameras just need a mains connection and have a wireless antenna that needs connecting to each one. The cameras connect to the device almost straight away without the need to go through setting up each camera one by one, which makes it very easy and painless. The feed is clear and connects to the cameras around the house with no issues, although we have a relatively small house. For the price of £149.99 currently, I would say it is well worth getting this kit.

Closed Ecosystem Disguised as Open — Misleading, Technically Restricted, and Poorly Supported
This ZOSI 4K Wi-Fi 6 CCTV system (4× 8MP PTZ cameras + 1TB NVR) is marketed as a smart, AI-enabled, ONVIF-compliant surveillance solution. After extensive configuration, network analysis, and direct support engagement, I can confidently say it is not. This system is locked down, technically misleading, and functionally unsuitable for any serious or professional use. ⸻ 1. NVR Fails Under Expected Load Despite being sold as capable of managing multiple 4K streams, the included NVR simply cannot cope. When connected via Ethernet or its own Wi-Fi AP, it regularly fails to maintain stable video feeds from its own cameras — freezing, dropping, or returning “no video”. All devices were connected via a high-spec Wi-Fi 6 enterprise network with no environmental interference. Performance immediately improved when the NVR was removed entirely — which is damning for a product sold as a turnkey recording solution. ⸻ 2. No ONVIF or RTSP Support — Verified with Industry Tools Despite both marketing material and direct support claims, these cameras do not support ONVIF or RTSP in any usable form. I tested this with: • ONVIF Device Manager • ZOSI’s own Windows configuration utility The cameras broadcast minimal device metadata via WS-Discovery but expose no ONVIF profiles, video streams, event interfaces, or imaging controls. Port scans confirmed all expected ONVIF/RTSP ports (e.g. 554, 8000, 8554, 8899, 8080) were closed, filtered, or unresponsive. When I directly asked ZOSI how to enable ONVIF or access RTSP, I was told: “Our cameras support ONVIF.” That was the entirety of their response — no steps, no settings, no clarification. This is demonstrably false, and indicative of either poor product knowledge or deliberate misdirection. These cameras cannot be added to any open platform: Blue Iris, Synology Surveillance Station, iSpy, CamHi, or any ONVIF recorder. This is a fully locked proprietary system, and any implication of ONVIF support is misleading. ⸻ 3. AI and PTZ Functionality Weak or Broken Tracking fails easily. If a person walks at normal pace or outside a narrow corridor, tracking breaks and does not resume. No reacquisition, no return-to-preset logic. Presets fail to return to the exact saved coordinates, and patrol/cruise modes are basic mechanical sweeps — not user-defined tours. AI vehicle alerts repeatedly trigger from stationary objects. ⸻ 4. Night Vision Inaccurate IR range is advertised at 30 metres. Testing in open darkness shows visibility drops sharply beyond 10–11 metres. No meaningful image is captured beyond that point, regardless of mode. ⸻ 5. App is Cloud-Routed, Not LAN-Based Despite all devices being on the same local network, the ZOSI Smart app imposes cloud routing, resulting in delays of 30–60 seconds for stream access. There is no option for LAN-only streaming, no IP-based access, and no browser interface. Multiple iOS devices tested; all show identical symptoms. For any application requiring true real-time viewing or offline operation, this is a critical flaw. ⸻ 6. Support is Ineffectual and Evasive A detailed technical support request outlining all issues was met with canned replies that ignored specifics. Despite clear evidence, ZOSI repeated unsupported claims and refused to provide firmware, documentation, or a competent escalation path. Their approach appears designed to delay resolution past the return window rather than actually assist. ⸻ Conclusion: This is not an ONVIF-compliant system. It is not suitable for integration, local access, or reliable AI use. It is locked to ZOSI’s ecosystem, routes through their cloud, and withholds all standard control and configuration. The fact that support insists ONVIF is available — when demonstrably false — makes the misrepresentation even worse. There is better value for money in cheaper alternatives with full feature sets unlocked. If you want real 4K surveillance, open protocol support, and meaningful control — avoid this system. Now to take it down and send it back. Not recommended under any circumstances.

Easy enough to set up and works well.
This camera system is really solid quality and easy to set up, plus it looks great in real use. The picture clarity is excellent, even at night, with the colour night vision doing a superb job. It felt sturdy and reliable from the start. I did manage to get them up outdoors myself without any fuss and it stayed firmly in place after installation. The whole Wi‑Fi 6 system, gives you a professional feel without needing to overthink things. It all works seamlessly together, and I’ve had no connectivity issues so far. The only thing to note is that the included storage is on the smaller side, so if you have lots of activity or need extended recording you might need to add extra storage. Overall though, I’m really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it.

Camera system is good not much on instructions within the box. You got to be quick to register with the web site as it times out quickly but overall not to bad just fitted the system so unable to say anything about reliability at present time will tell fingers crossed all will be still working in a years time

I have had it a year and it is still holding strong. The play back is a bit funky when you are trying to find a particular time, but honestly i havent had any trouble. The outdoor cameras have survived several hail storms and dust storms, and they have survived -12 degree weather. Would recommend to family and friends.

Works pretty awesome as a closed system, only problem we have is the resetting of the system seems to happen as it pleases rather than on a schedule and we have still over a year in not been able to get the alarm settings right

I've purchased zosi cameras before. These the quality isn't the same. Before the housing was metal. These feel like cheap plastic. They work but I would not purchase them again.
