I love these bulbs! I am VERY sensitive to lighting. I tend to get headaches in places with fluorescent lighting. I also struggle with insomnia which has resulted in me being very cautious with my bedroom lighting. I have a four bulb ceiling fan in my room. Prior to buying these bulbs I was simply unscrewing each bulb to soften the light in my room. However these bulbs make it easy to soften the light and the three settings are perfect!The first setting is a very bright blue-white light. This is perfect for tasks like sewing where you need to see tiny details (I use this the least, blue light is not recommended before bed if you suffer from insomnia).The second setting is a warm yellowish light that is bright enough to illuminate your home without being harsh like the blue light. It is very similar in warmth and brightness to the GE RELAX bulbs I had previously.The third setting has the same warmth as the second but is dimmer (I use this before bed).I only use two bulbs in my ceiling fan and it is plenty to brighten my 12' x 10' bedroom. But, I will slowly start replacing the bulbs in the rest of the house.

After purchasing one of these 3-Way Globes during the summertime to use in the overhead pendant in my home office, I just bought a second for the pendant in the bathroom. At $4.99/ea, they’re a great deal and seem like they’re going to last.It’s tough to tell the temperature and light intensity from the photos I’ve uploaded, but the example photos provided in the item description seem to be pretty accurate to what these actually do in person.In the first set of photos, I’ve tried my best to show the difference in light on the three different settings. First, the bright cool daylight. Second, the bright warm white. And third, the dimmed warm white. Regardless, the globe bulb and light provided looks good in that fixture, and I’m very pleased with it.The final two photos shown are of an antique Versen Saturn 18”dia pendant in my home office which was originally designed to be used with a mogul base industrial bulb. When I restored and rewired it, I changed the socket to a standard Edison E27 - no need for a 500+ Watt mercury vapor bulb to light a 10x10 office! LOL It looked odd with a standard size bulb trying to fill that center circular area, but this globe fits nicely, keeping good proportions with the rest of the fixture. The added convenience of being able to adjust the temp and intensity with flicks of the wall switch is exactly what I wanted. Again, perfect for my application.Totally recommended. :D

I live in an apartment. I've tried bulbs like the Philips Hue and while they're novel, they're also way slower than me just turning on the lights manually. These bulbs are smart enough because you can change the hue, but they're also simple enough like regular bulbs. No fussing with wifi, bluetooth, software updates, or voice assistants. Just a simple, familiar light bulb, with useful features.I love the simple 3 hues you get. One suggestion I have is to lower the brightness on the low level and make it a little warmer, a little more red.

This lights are what is to be expected for less then half of name brand bulbs. My main issue is when compared to my name brand bulb, the warmest light is still to bright and not very inviting. Also, they jump around as well. They do not consistently change from warm, to daylight. So, if they are both on daylight, turned off and on to get the setting you want they will have 2 different colors. I tried several times to solve the issue but they kept charging randomly.

Just as advertised, I have a choice of 3 light levels in a nice warm glow. I put these on my bedroom night stands in some small desk lamps and they work great. I have them connected to a Y-outlet splitter and a single remote operated light switch so I can turn them on together with one button press. Alternately, you could get a smart switch and ask Google or Alexa to do it for you.No idea on durability. Will update with any issues.

I bought this for a lamp that has a 3-way switch. My bad. It does NOT work like a 3-way bulb. As you cycle through the three positions of the switch, it only comes on with one of the positions. It is off the other two, like a normal light bulb in a 3-way lamp. Yes, it will support the levels, but you have to cycle it off and on three times. Which means NINE times in a 3-way lamp.

I have used this product for more than one month and I like this light adjustable bulb. The idea of light adjustable is pretty cool.

Pros: I love the size, shape, brightness & light distribution from this bulb. It's great to switch from warm to full-spectrum light with the flick of my light switch.Con: one of the two bulbs died less than 2 months after purchase and I can't find a way to make a warranty claim for this bulb.

Ich will abends die Lichter im Haus abdunkeln können. Das viele helle blaue Licht schadet dem Schlaf. Diese Lampe funktioniert tatsächlich sehr zuverlässig über den Lichtschalter und gibt dadurch abends bei 30% ein angenehm warmes Licht ab. Wobei die Lichtfarbe für mich abends ruhig noch gelber sein könnte. Morgens dagegen ist die 100% richtig schön hell, man wird schneller wach.

Update vom 14.11.2020:Eine der Lampe weiste im April das Problem auf, dass sich die Farbtemperatur bzw. Helligkeit nicht mehr ändern ließ. Die Lampe blieb immer im Modus hell und warmweiß. Ärgerlich wenn drei Lampen wie bei mir im Verbund betrieben werden. Aber das ist nicht der Hauptgrund für die Herabstufung um 2 Stufen auf zwei Sterne. Die Abwertung resultiert aus der Art und Weise wie der Elrigs Support (re)agiert. Zuerst dauerte es ganze fünf Monate (!) und etliche E-Mails meinerseits um schließlich eine Ersatzlieferung zu erhalten. Auf Grund der langen Wartezeit sagte man mir großzügigerweise eine weitere Lampe zu. Da diese zweite defekt geliefert wurde sagte man mir wieder Ersatz hierfür zu. Auch hier musste ich wieder mehrere E-Mails senden um den Tauschvorgang am Laufen zu halten. Leider ohne Erfolg, denn Elrigs antwortet seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr.Sehr schade, denn es handelt sich eigentlich um ein super Produkt. Aber auf Grund der kurzen Haltbarkeit, der zu großen Toleranzen und vor allem wegen des unzuverlässigen und nachlässigen Support kann ich dieses Produkt nur noch eingeschränkt empfehlen.Update vom 04.08.2019:Da ich so begeistert war habe ich ein zweites Set bestellt. Die beiden Lampen aus dem zweiten Set betreibe ich zusammen mit einer Lampe aus der ersten Bestellungen in einer Dreierkombi. Leider habe ich hier Probleme mit der Synchronität. Es kommt fasst immer vor, dass die eine Lampe aus dem neuen Set anders schaltet als die beiden anderen. Das führt dazu, dass diese entweder noch kaltweiß bleibt während die anderen schon auf warmweiß umgeschalten haben usw. Gut, dass man die Lampen wieder synchronisieren kann (7x ein- und wieder ausschalten). Ärgerlich ist das aber trotzdem und geht zu Lasten der Haltbarkeit. Daher muss ich leider einen Stern abziehen und komme dennoch auf vier Sterne.Original Rezension:Der Wechsel der Modi funktioniert super und synchron (ich betreibe drei Stück in einer Lampe). Farbe und Helligkeit sind perfekt auf die jeweilige Situation einstellbar. Während des Tages zum Arbeiten 6000K und 100% Helligkeit, zum Arbeiten am Abend etwas wärmeres Licht und 100% Helligkeit, zum Relaxen dann noch die Helligkeit auf 25% reduzieren.Sind die Lampen doch mal unsynchron (bislang ein einziges mal passiert) genügt siebenmaliges ein-/ausschalten ganz kurz hintereinander. Top!Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich noch keine Aussage treffen. Update folgt.

...das Dimmen per Lichtschalter Ein-Aus ist echt klasse.Erstmal: die beiden Lampen habe ich in einer gesplitteten Fünfer-Hängeleuchte, d.h. diese beiden LED-Lampen werden über einen Lichtschalter, die anderen drei Globe-Glühbirnen über einen zweiten Lichtschalter bedient.Die Dimmung funktioniert nach dem bekannten Prinzip: Lichtschalter schneller als 10 Sekunden ein-aus schaltet eine Stufe weiter, drei Stufen gibt es, die dritte ist wirklich lichtstark. Das gleichzeitige Dimmen beider Lampen über einen Lichtschalter hat bis jetzt funktioniert.Die Lampen sind auch in der dunkelsten Stufe noch relativ hell, also kein Schummerlicht. Der Farbton ist schon warm, allerdings von einer echten Glühlampe doch zu unterscheiden. Fürs Lesen und Arbeiten im Wohnzimmer passt es jedenfalls sehr gut und wenns schummrig werden soll, hab ich noch ne andere Leuchte, die dann aber generell dunkler ist.Ach so: den von mir bei anderen Sparlampen beobachteten Aufhell-Effekt bemerke ich hier nicht, die Lampen legen von Anfang an in der entsprechenden Leuchtstärke los.

Hammer! Endlich das Licht dimmen fetzt. Gibt 3 Stufen. Lichtschalter an aus an schalten um die Dimmer zu aktivieren. Kann es nur empfehlen, wir kaufen noch mehr davon

Ich habe mir diese Leuchte gekauft da ich in der Küche nicht immer volle Leuchtkraft benötige. Wenn es bei der Arbeit notwendig ist, schalte ich sie hell und wenn ich beim essen am Tisch sitze, dimme ich sie und spare so auch noch Energie. Man kann sie mit dem normalen Lichtschalter auf 100 % Kaltlicht oder 100 % Warmlicht oder eben auf 30 % Warmlicht schalten. Für mich ideal.
