Not great
I was excited about getting this straightener after reading the reviews. Upon receiving iti took it out of the box, read the manual, set it to 370 with max steam since I have thick curly hair. My hair is definitely straight but I'm not thrilled with the fact that some of it was singed off... the hair standing in the photo is not frizz. That's where it was burned off. Didn't know stream would do that. Also, the rubber piece at the end of the ironing plate kept catching my hair the whole time

This flat iron works great it is a little tricky at first figuring out how to set the temperature but after you figure it out it works perfectly.

Good Buy
This worked just as it should've. I used this on my niece's hair and mines (both silk presses) and I am very pleased with this steam flat iron. My hair is still shiny and bouncy a week later. I would recommend this flat iron.

Good once you figure it out
Took me awhile to figure out how to use this but now that I’ve figured it out, it’s super easy! Love it and my hair looks great with it! 4 stars because it took me many tries to figure it out

Horrible
I used my Mom’s and loved them thats what made me buy these but i only used mines once and hate it!! The cord keeps squeaking and gets tangled and every time i close them on my hair it locks and i have to keep stopping to move the black piece at the bottom to unlock them which makes the process of straightening my hair take much longer! My moms did not do any of this

Hard to set temperatures
It works well, just difficult to set temperatures as the buttons are on the inside of the handle. Hard to see the options
