It is good! I bought this as a lumbar back brace after having surgery. While the brace is not as supportive as I was needed, it is far more comfortable than the corset-style brace I received from the doctor, and I think it will be comfortable enough to wear during sports activities or at work.

One of the best braces I have ever had in my life. I’ve had a herniated lower back disc for almost 10 years now and at least twice a year I have a sharp pulling pain in my back, and the rest of the time it’s hurts too, but not as much, therefore I have to wear something that would give me a good support.This brace is very comfortable, supportive and you can’t see it under your clothes. It is also very comfortable to sit while wearing it as well. I am a student and have to spend a lot of time sitting down, which is horrible for my lower back. When I wear this brace 90% of pain is gone.Quality is also very good.I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend if you are looking for one.

It works great for me. I wear it around home when doing yard work. It keeps my back feeling loose and I am able to do everything I want to without my back hurting. I also wear it for bowling, it works great for that too. I will order another again when needed and I recommend to anyone with lower back problems.

This support is well designed, secure, comfy for all day. Fairly breathable and light weight. Wearable under clothes and didn't hinder driving or sitting. Fast delivery. Well packed

I use this as additional back support at the gym when lifting weights with my back. I didn't want to get one of the huge leather belts and the gym doesn't have any available, so this substitutes well for additional support for the amount of weight I lift. I'm not an avid bodybuilder, but lift heavy sometimes for my health and it works well for that.

Item purchased for my wife who suffers from serious lower back pains and is slated for surgery. None of the previous back braces gave her as much relief as this one. The two outer elastic and adjustable straps allows for flexibility of use and firm grip whilst giving her the required required comfort. She particularly finds the auto heating to be an added bonus!

I wore this product for four days and the Velcro doesn't hold anymore. won't buy again.

This is a nice back brace! It is great for lower back pain relief...wonderful for those who need relief and extra support while working or relaxing. I would definitely recommend it!
