My sinuses get very (sometimes painfully) dry in the winter, so I was looking for a new humidifier after my previous one broke. In particular, I was looking for one to have running overnight in my bedroom. This humidifier works great for that purpose. The buttons and icons are easy to understand and the humidifier is overall very easy to set up and use. It has a good variety of settings and options for all needs. It runs very efficiently, and can run for hours and hours on a single tank fill. I think there are a few things that might be of concern for anyone considering the purchase, however: for one thing, it says it's "whisper-quiet". Now, when I read that, I assume it's going to make a certain amount of noise (think about it; whispering is actually kind of noisy, in a way), but others may assume that it's nearly silent. It does make a low hum, which is not an issue for me, but if you're particularly sensitive to noise or a very light sleeper it may bother you. It also has a soft blue glow from the buttons, even with the nightlight feature turned off. Additionally, you shouldn't expect this to humidify a large area. As mentioned, I primarily use it overnight, positioned on my nightstand. It works great in a small area, and, given enough time on its highest output, could probably change the air quality of an entire small or medium-sized room. But don't go into this humidifier thinking it's good for a large room or area of your home. Finally, it's important to note that its output is cool vapor, so it can make the area feel a bit chillier if you have it on a high setting or have it on for a long time. None of these qualities were deal-breakers for me, though; I think it's a great purchase and you'll get your money's worth.

We just moved to San Francisco where it's very cold and very dry all the time compared to our old home in Florida and we can definitely feel the lack of moisture in the air and even a few months later still see/feel the dryness of our skin. Thankfully the bloody noises I initially had after our move have ended. *Although, none of this definitely is reason to move back, as I'd prefer to be a little cool and dry versus too hot and sweaty all the time...We got this for the bedroom to help us sleep and it is been great thus far. We’ve found that it’s super quiet. You barely know it’s on except for the fact that you can see the steam coming out, so I’m not sure what others are complaining about unless they have it located right on their nightstand less than a foot from their head….It’s easy to assemble and use, puts out a great amount of water with 3 different settings, and also I like the different timer settings so it’s not just on or off. So far making it a great value for the price.However, while the settings for colored nightlight are nice features, wish that the LED over the touch sensitive buttons would turn off and not glow blue (which is bad for sleep) when on… Personally, we like full dark, but I could see how the different colors could make a great nightlight for a child.

We bought this humidifier for use in our daughters room. Admittedly I was expecting a lot from it based on its great rating & reviews. I’m elated to report it exceeded our expectations! This is by far the best humidifier we’ve ever owned. When you turn it on the humid air almost instantly flows out of the chamber. It looks like you have dry ice in there! Our oldest daughter (4) loves selecting the different colors every night. It’s very easy to use this humidifier & filling it is a breeze.While it doesn’t reflect on the product at all, our unit came shipped directly in the units box only. The box wasn’t even taped shut, so the contents could have easily spilled out. Fortunately every arrived ok.7 month update:We are still in love with this cute little humidifier! Undoubtedly this humidifier was a big factor in helping our two young children survive the horrible cold & flu season we had this year! Our original unit did unfortunately have the tiny blue LED lights go out on two of the buttons. But a quick email to the manufacturer got things squared away & they sent us a free replacement in 2 days! Fantastic customer service! We’ve read some reviews about this unit being loud & cannot understand what that is about. Occasionally if your right next to the unit you might hear a tiny water bubble as more water feeds into the unit but apart from that this humidifier is pin drop quiet. We highly recommend this humidifier, particularly if you have young children, it has been a godsend.
