I have been using this mount for about a week and it on there . It’s solid it isn’t going anywhere. My advice would be to tighten the mount in the position you want and slowly screw all the screws. After that do not change the position of the mount . I feel like if you constantly screw and unscrew the plastic with snap. It’s definalty not go pro material and the sticky adhesives aren’t the go pro ones either but they do the trick . You just have to push against them and make sure the surface of the helmet is sticking. All in all it definitely worth the month. **The circular sticker that is used for secondary protection make sure that if you use it don’t allow the string to dangle make it short and tight . The dangling string got caught on my book bag as I turned my head to see if a car was in the lane next me . I couldn’t turn my head back forward for a split second kinda scary

Easy to install. This is on my Biltwell lane splitter helmet which just has enough room to fit the sticky pad. It comes out perfectly centered with just a quick 3 minute setup and adjustment. The only downside is the clip that holds onto the sticky pad broke on the first attempt to release it, due to really thin plastic. Luckily the gopro comes with a case that has its own clip, which I replaced and put on this product. So far it seems sturdy enough. Definitely worth the price.

Great mount kit! I wanted the original mount but it wasn’t compatible with my helmet so I tried this one. Seems to be a great alternative. I am afraid of the weight and how much of the weight is off the helmet but so far it seems okay. I did use the safety string that came with it but hopefully it doesn’t get to that point. If anything happens, I’ll update. So far, I like it!

It fits the contour of the most helmet and initial quality seemed good. However, it does not last long. After about month of installing on my motorcycle the base piece of the camera broken off into pieces and drop the camera on ground. Not durable enough to stay on and it was not even moved, only fixed in one position and still broke. Dissapointing product quality.

Mounted this to my HJC helmet. Wanted to mount my GoPro to it for, of all things, insurance purposes. I had been in a wreck before and didn't have a mount to prove my side of the story. In six months, I've had to replace the adhesive pad twice, the entire set of hardware (the screws are CHEAP) and had to repair cracks with super glue twice. Not very happy, and will be buying a more sturdy chin mount elsewhere.

It's your basic gopro type setup with better locking bolt/nut setup which is nice and I work great no iusses and I can adjust it easy. Cheap price worth the buy and has extra safety string that you can attach to gopro in case this does break you dont lose your gopro. Great product worth buying.

I wrote out a long drawn out review about how amazing the product and customer service is but for some reason Amazon rejected it.Anyway, I absolutely love this chin mount. The customer service from the owner to help me out with a small issue was the icing on the cake. Will definitely continue buying from this company and will recommend to all my friends and family!Update***So unfortunately I was taken out by a girl who ran a red light. Thanks to this gopro mount I was able to get the whole thing on video and saved my butt lol. The mount held up and it's still solid! Will be definitely transferring it to my new helmet when I get one.

This kit would be ideal if your helmet has a completely featureless exterior but my HJC CL-17 has a sculpted vent area that has to be accommodated when considering where to mount the base. Let me say that this situation is not the fault of the seller. Having said that, the lack of a swivel feature prevents the leveling of the GoPro or similar action camera on the very popular CL-17 helmet without the addition of a ball and socket style fitting. Otherwise this kit is an excellent value.

Was not sure about this product but decided to give it a go, and I'm glad i did. Can adjust infinite amount of ways to get it just perfect. Once all the screws are tightened its not going anywhere

Product was well packaged (which is more than can be said for deliveries ive had from china) delivery tracking was very good as well, just the right amount of updates.

For $25 you can't go wrong. It comes with nice low profile screws to keep it all together. Quick setup too
