Q: How does mode "O" work when it's pins are 2 ground, and always on?

i believe the signal ground turns off when the ignition is turned off. so essentially it's shutting off the ground side of circuit not the power side to shut off the device.

Q: How do you replace the fuse? Mine stopped providing power.

There is no fuse on the device. But you need to check to make sure why there is no power. Could be the port, camera, etc.
