tl;dr: beautifully made and design, but almost ruined by tacky brand logo. Still 5 stars, but just barely. No one has believed this was a pill container 😂, that’s how beautiful this is. Like, it blends perfectly with my tech stuff and looks like an external storage or tech gadget of some sort. If only their tacky name brand logo thing wasn’t printed on it. I’d give it a 4.5 if I could because of that, but 4 just felt wrong given that it’s an easy fix. I simple flipped the sheathe! I love that it has the days and I went from missing 2-4 important-ish pills a month to never missing a single pill in months!!! iPhone tracking helped, but didn’t fix the issue. This did. Even has Apple like design language. Great wood accents. It’s very secure and would do well in a purse or luggage. Flipping the sheath does seem to make it slightly less secure, maybe 10%-15%?, but I’d still trust it in essentially any scenario. The blue metal is just sooooo sleek and beautiful, wish they didn’t ruin one side with their ugly name. Like at least do the Apple thing and make a visually appealing logo or nicer name. Branding every single little thing with no name brand logos and stuff is just tacky.

This is a nice but somewhat overpriced pill organizer. I own three of them and I have mixed feelings. This Mbarc pill organizer looks nice and works as designed. The quality of construction is exceptional. It won't open up unexpectedly but it isn't difficult to open when you want to. I've seen some complaints that this organizer isn't perfectly sealed. It can't be and still open and close effectively. I like the fact that this organizer is about 20% smaller than the organizers they replace. I wish Mbarc offered an even smaller size as the little compartments are still larger than necessary for my own use case. Of course, everyone's needs are different. I own the blue, black, and white. I returned the dark gray. The blue is gorgeous. It is a really beautiful color. The deep black looks great too. The dark gray was nice but it was hard to differentiate from the black in certain types of light. The white is fine. I find it to be my least favorite as it is almost silvery white. That said, it still looks good. "Least favorite" is relative. There are two usability issues that potential buyers should be aware of. First, unlike organizers that have individual doors for individual days, the Mbarc design has one "door" for everything. This forces you to always start at Sunday. If you start at Monday and dump your pills into your hand then the Sunday pills will come out too. You might think that you can scoop them out with a finger to avoid this. It depends on the shape of your pills. Longer pills like the calcium supplements sold at Costco will get jammed sideways as you pull the pills out. Because of this, the technique doesn't work well for the collection of pills I take. Pill organizers that use separate doors on the individual compartments don't have this problem. The second issue is the notch on the top and bottom of the sleeve. These should have been positioned on the sides. With the current design, you can only partially expose the compartment you want to empty out into your hand. If you fully expose it, then little pills (e.g., baby aspirin, tiny blood pressure pills) will leak out from the next compartment. This whole problem could be avoided if the notches were on the sides and not the top and bottom. Both of these issues are inconveniences that don't have to be deal killers. They do, however, require being more deliberate with how you use this Mbarc organizer than you need to be with other styles. In conclusion, there are a lot of things to like about the Mbarc organizer. Yet there are enough negatives to justify wondering if the price is worth it. It is certainly a beautiful pill organizer. It will last indefinitely. It won't come open in your bag. But it is definitely more hassle to use than the $2 organizer you bought at Walmart. Four stars.

I unfortunately have to take ~ 10 pills every evening and this is a 10,000% upgrade from a plastic flip-up lid one from a chain pharmacy which had the lids popping opened all the time. I was considering getting the larger size, but they fit easily in to the regular one. I have not traveled with it yet, but it seems like it would do very well, i.e. hold all of them and not open up no matter how much it bounces around in a suitcase.

Not at all worth the price. Wood cuts look cheap and fake, same with the plastic components. Functional though. Pills don't move. Closes securely. The days are ordered interestingly, daily starting with sunday as you pull the capsule from the case.
