By far the best headphones ive ever had. The ear pads are soft and dont squash my glasses against my head, which after a time used to hurt. These dont, they are great. Noise cancelling is brilliant. Would recomend no problem.

The headphones are great. The noise cancellation teleports you to another world. Honestly everything is good, comfort, build, quality, sound in general. The only thing keeping me rating this 9/10 instead of 10/10 is the bass. The bass isn't that great but still good enough.

The product is perfect. But it was used by someone else before i received it. It was registered under someone else's name and it was renamed on Bluetooth to someone

I just switched from the Bose 700 — they were great. Before that, I had all the QC lineups, and I never thought of switching to Sony. But YouTube and Google AI changed my mind. These headphones are on another level. The crisp, clear sounds and deep bass make your body tingle. You'll need to play with the equalizer, but the Sony app has a built-in assistant for that. Bravo, Sony

I purchased this product in September 2025, and initially, it worked perfectly for a few months. However, after around 3–4 months, I started noticing a hissing sound coming from the right earcup. It went away on its own, so I ignored it at the time. Unfortunately, after about 6 months, the issue returned, this time much worse. The sharp hissing noise was extremely uncomfortable and honestly felt like it could damage my ears. What disappointed me even more than the defect itself was the support experience. I contacted Amazon first, and initially, they agreed to pick up the defective product and issue a refund. Later, they reversed their decision and said they couldn’t take it back. After multiple follow-ups, they again mentioned a “one-time exception” refund, only for a supervisor to step in and deny everything again. In the end, no resolution was provided. Since I was traveling, I reached out to Sony India, but they refused to help, stating that the warranty is only valid in the UAE and advised me to contact either UAE support or Amazon. This led to a frustrating loop where neither party took responsibility. I understand that products can malfunction, that’s normal. But what’s unacceptable is the amount of effort required to get basic support for a flagship product like this. I had to contact multiple teams across regions, spend significant time explaining the issue repeatedly, and still ended up with no solution. Overall, this has been one of the worst post-purchase experiences I’ve had.

App on phone was a bit of a pain to set up but works OK once they are connected. The ear pads are nice and comfortable. I personally don't think the sound quality reflects the price but that's just my own opinion.

Sesleri çok güçlü değil öncelikle onu belirteyim, ama genel olarak kaliteli bir kulaklık. Malzemesi gerçekten yumuşak ve kalite hissiyatını iyi sunuyor. ANC'ye gelirsek bu kulaklığı özel kılan durum olabilir. ANC'si gerçekten çok başarılı ve rahatsız etmiyor. Kurutma makinesi sesiyle denedik, onda bile sesi %10-15e indirdi. Üründe soru işareti yaratan durum uçuk fiyatı. Fiyatına değer mi derseniz bence bu fiyatlara hiçbir şey değmez ama sevgili memleketimizin hali belli. Gönül isterdi ki daha uygun fiyatlara alalım. Ama rakipleri ve onların fiyatlarına baktığımda en mantıklı seçenek olarak bu kulaklık görünüyor. Alanların sorun yaşayacağını düşünmüyorum.

Si los recomiendo totalmente y les doy un 10 a la cancelación de ruido, el sonido, la app a todo. pero en mi caso los tuve que regresar porque no aguante el calor ya que su cancelación de ruido es muy buena ya que están totalmente sellados y no podían "respirar" mis orejas y ya se imaginarán el calor. Donde vivo hace mucho calor y ni siquiera estaba haciendo mucho calor los días que los use (28°C aprox) pero me los ponía y no aguantaba ni 15min cuando me los tenía que estar quitando para agarrar algo de aire mis orejas y estar haciendo eso era muy incómodo y perdía la experiencia de ver una pelicula/serie y me puse a pensar... si no aguanto ahorita que no hace tanto calor menos cuando llege a los 38°C así que por eso los regresé si los recomiendo valen totalmente la pena pero si donde vives es una zona calurosa y no tienes aire acondicionado allí ya no los recomendaría porque te van a quedar las orejas muy sudadas pero si tienes aire acondicionado, donde vives no hace mucho calor o de plano no te importa el calor adelante no te arrepentiras.

Best headphones i have ever bought i have the sony xm5 and the xm4 the xm6 were a game changer its the best it has 3 mods there is the normal music and there is background music and there is cinematic its flexible to i love it very much i know its a bit expensive but it deserves the price
