what is the working hieght of this product

I suggest the safe working height is 6.15m, as you really need the top frames to give you something to hold onto.a 4x4 frame comes with 5 boards, but if anything you need some extra planks, so you can position some intermediate steps to climb up through the middle.. don't climb up on the outside!Be sure to stabilise the frame, I used some 2x1timber laid it on the plank and pushed it til was just touching the house, then I screwed the 2x1 to the plank.I also fixed some eye bolts to the wall and used a ratchet strap to then pull the frame toward the wall thereby stabilising the frame via the 2x1 timber.  Hope this helps, I bet it sounds confusing.  NB, my bolt eyes stayed in the wall, so I can safely use it again next year.

Morning The 19'9'' is the platform height ( 6m ) and the 25'9'' is the working height ( where your arms will be ) ( 7.7m ) , The stabilisers are £84.00 a pair ordered on Amazon, thanks

What’s the maximum load weight for this size tower?

I don't know what the maximum load would be, however I can confirm that the tower components are strongly built but light to handle and easily erected.
As with any scaffold tower the higher it is built the more movement is experienced. The most weight I have had on the scaffold is two persons and tools and all felt satisfactory.
