Terrible sound and picture
I just received it and sending it back straight away. Worst TV ever! Sound quality is terrible as the speaker is in a weird place. Picture is grainy, navigating system horrible. I can’t believe they are selling such a bad quality product, very dissapointed.

Easy set up
Only set up this tv today, as had room decorated that it was going in. Great tv, easy set up, contected via LG phone app. Lots of extra channels using that app too, and all the fire channels. Cant fault it for the price. Attched it to a centre stand, as the legs it came with didnt fit the cabinet it was going on. If you want to replace a bedroom tv you cant go wrong with this one 5*

32" smart tv
Not sure about this TV. It's my 3rd smart TV and also the smallest at 32", bought to use in small lounge closest to router, connected via WiFi the same as other 2 tvs. As I live alone there would only be 1 tv in use at any time. This tv was very good value for money, easy to set up and the colour is good. However, the sound isn't so good. It's a little echoey and the tv lags a lot, the sound goes out of sync with the picture and the screen frequently freezes. As I said, it's closest tv to my router, and I don't havev this problem with my other tvs. Remote is a bit tricky too as has a rolling mouse button which i find hard to control. Not sure whether this is a faulty tv which should be returned.

Very good value
Relatively easy to set up if you follow the on-screen instructions, very good picture quality and sound. Excelent value for the price and just what my step son required for his bedroom !!

Lovely TV but missing a support
Very nice TV but arrived missing one of the plastic supports. Told I would have to return the whole TV for a replacement so I bought a pair of replacement supports at a further cost to me. Suggest the manufacturer checks that everything has been packed before it is sent so buyers don't have further costs !!!
