don't waste your money. I have been sleeping on this for 2 weeks now and I haven't noticed any change. I don't fall asleep any faster. I don't sleep any better. And I don't wake up refreshed.

I've been looking at grounding sheets for almost 3 years. Since they're so expensive, I just never tried them because I assumed they would be a waste of money. After recently hearing my brother talk about how much he liked his grounding sheets (he doesn't think anything alternative or natural works), I decided to take another look to see what my options were. I found this "sheet" which is more like a strip of fabric. My thought process was this... I'll go ahead and spend the $20 to see if it does anything. If it does, then I'll invest in some sheets.When I first laid down, I almost felt a tingly sensation but maybe not. Within 10 minutes I was so relaxed and comfortable. I noticed that my usual hip and shoulder pain was non-existent which was really weird. I have multiple autoimmune diseases and take multiple meds for pain. It's usually most intense when laying on my side but I felt none. It usually takes me an hour or more to fall asleep, but I think it only took me 15 or 20 minutes with this miracle fabric strip. I had vivid dreams which hasn't happened since I was on some strong pain meds after a surgery. I woke up feeling rested and refreshed which hasn't happened since before my 19 year old son was born! Nothing was sore or stiff when I woke up.Then my 8 year old came in bed with me to watch cartoons on a lazy Saturday morning. After about 30 minutes he looked at me and said he could breathe. He's perpetually congested due to allergies. I ordered another one for him right then.The following night, my husband slept on it for the first time after coming home from his over-the-road route. He said he felt a tingly sensation within about 30 seconds. He fell asleep in less than 5 minutes and woke up having not moved all night. He normally needs to stretch when he wakes up but he felt great and energetic.I don't get excited about anything, but this stupid little strip of fabric is the most amazing thing I've found in years! I've bought one for both my kids, my parents and shared the link with my entire department at my job. I've sent links to dozens of friends. This is the most bizarre thing ever. I have no idea why it works, but boy does it work!Hey manufacturer... If you need a spokesperson, let me know!
