Great for pain relief
Well I know this does say on the bottle that it's great for hemorrhoids, but I have neuropathy in my left leg and I find that this does give me some pain relief, I also use patches containing lidocaine, but this has five 5 g of lidocaine. It dries well and doesn't get all over sheets or your clothes

This product numbs the wound bed within a minute. Very good product, would recommend and will buy again when needed!

This numbing spray works really well. However the sprayer is awkward and difficult. I will order again.

Decent
It is not super strong but does the job decently. I think it’s a good option for the price. It’s easy to use as well. I wish the bottle was bigger but there is no option to choose from, That’s my only complaint.

Good for Neuropathy Pain Relief
Really helps with painful small fiber neuropathy in the feet and legs. Effect does wear off in an hour or so and you shouldn’t use it more than a couple times a day because too much and it can be toxic to the body. Save it for the worst of the worst burning pain and you will be okay. Also creams seem to work a little better because they can be applied thicker but they are messy and take longer to dry out. This product drys quickly and lets you go about your day. Highly recommend.
