Device start hang much. I updated everything But stuck always. After some times

This is a U.S. made laptop which while having all you might expect, and I have no complaints re the quality or performance the annoying / frustrating thing is that the keyboard is for the U.S. user and consequently there is no UK Pound key, it,s the $ key also the @ key for UK use is the exclamation mark key. That is when you switch the the UK key format which very frequently just reverts back to the U.S. mode !!!! I have tried to contact the ACER support service through the contacts provided but these turn out to be in Taiwan who replied in Chinese. Unfortunately since I am only a home use user I only started to find these problems after the Amazon return date . My next move is to contact Which Computer Services and see if they can sort the keyboard problem out for me. Lesson learned !!!

Had this laptop for 7 days now and it's been good I've managed to watch YouTube and twitch on this thing and have multiple tabs open without no problem, also loads up pretty quick when opening up chrome or Google ext and I've gotten ps2 emulator games to run which is good, you can also change some settings that would make your laptop run faster or you could balance it so the battery wouldn't drain so fast around 5-3 hours if so, The laptop quality is pretty good looking for a laptop like this to run at 1080p but makes the colors of background images and widget look good to, Screen size is honestly perfect and quality change for me since I've been looking at a iPad perspective, But yeah had it for 7 days and it's for sure running good that's all I can say.
