Legit relief. Genuinely helped me regain a sense of normal again after coping with the fissures and rhoids that are present during prolapse and intussusception. I like how it throws the whole kitchen sink in there, it’s got a hefty % of lidocaine for some nice numbing action PLUS the witch hazel and botanicals to heal and glycerin to protect.

I hope for a better product then the other more popular named product. And it worked amazingly, it cleared up something I had been dealing with a while in just days. There was no oder, easy to used and the pain relief was just the right amount, the amount was prefect and I did not notice any stickiness or problems with staining sheets or underwear. I would differently get this product again and even look to see if it is in suppository form as well.

My 2 cents. Works well. No burning or itching. Does shrink ( to a point) those nasty hemorrhoids. However, at least for me, requires regular applications.

I had a bad hemorrhoid flare-up so I needed some relief. I also have an anal fissure that on occasion bleeds a little so I thought this would be an exceptional cream to use considering it states it was for both issues. Well talk about seeing stars, once I applied the cream, my rectum burned for hours feeling like an ice pick was being prodded into me. When reading the contents on the tube, I saw nothing that should have caused me the burning sensation, but then on the box itself, I see it contains witch hazel with is an astringent used for treating hemorrhoids. The problem here is putting an astringent on an open wound is similar to putting alcohol on it. Many anal fissures also bleed so I find it astounding that this company would put witch hazel in it's product and market it also for anal fissures. No wonder so many found this product to leave them with a burning sensation. Update 3/20/26: I was contacted by the manufacturer informing me that they were refunding to me the full value of my purchase PLUS an additional $10 toward goodwill - This company goes beyond limits to make things right.

I bought this on April 10 2026 I differ from hemoroids over the past several years ticks was working but then stopped this past Easter I was in so much pain from my roid it took a day and a half to stop hurting keeping me up all night. I took a chance on this product and it worked very well after using it my roids shrunk dramatically to almost nothing no more pain after I use the bathroom I’m a real person writing reviews fucken trust me. Worth the money

This product helps. It’s not a miracle drug but it can help you with your Struggles I recommend this product. The price is Worth it.

I've tried a lot of hemorrhoid creams and suppositories, and am always on the search for the best product (although I've found some that pretty good). I was attracted to this one because of it's high ratings and the value. I am disappointed the results with this one, as it didn't seem to relieve my itchiness. Some other reviewers seem to complain about the "burning" of other herbal cream remedies. I've used a couple of those products, and the cooling menthol feeling offers me a lot of relief. Having said all this, I was impressed by the responsiveness of the vendor. They voluntarily offered me a full refund and an additional credit to consider giving it a second try. They also made a point of saying I didn't have to update my original review, but I did want to update it anyway because I definitely value customer service. A lot of people have given this a high rating, perhaps I just have a weird butt...

I had the worse external hemorrhoids pain I have ever experienced; had an awful night then next day at work I was desperate so I placed an order in the morning and it arrived on the same day by 2pm so the moment I got home from work at around 2;30 I applied the first dose; it burned for a whole but I was already in so much pain I didn’t care much. By 6pm it started to feel better and no burn and more numb. I slept great and by the time I woke up the hemorroids were way smaller and very minimal pain. I went to work and was just fine sitting down, at noon started with mild discomfort so I applied the cream again (I also applied after my morning shower) and I was able to finish my work day nicely. It’s now 6 pm as I write this and I barely feel anything. So, this cream it’s so worth the expensive price because within 24 hrs it basically took all pain, itch, burn swelling and discomfort away.
