It works! Doesn’t taste bad, 1ml under tongue is the easiest way to take it! Boom done! Might be much easier this way than pills if you don’t like taking pills. Just thought I would try something different. I would buy again!

I'v tried every form of B vitamins - complexes, chewables, liquids, methylated, chelated, hard pill, gel caps, you name it.
