Over the course of us having our puppy the past 10 months, we have purchased numerous toys for him--most of which were destroyed (some within 10 mins. of receiving them!). We have even subscribed to a program where "toys for heavy chewers" are delivered monthly but even these have not lasted as long as our 1st 2 Lucas b. toys we ever got (shortly after our puppy joined our family). The only incident we had was losing the squeaker in the spider. Other than that, these toys have lasted ALL this time and continue to be his favorites! As our destroyed toys have dwindled, we decided it's time to add more Lucas b. toys that will LAST and he has so much fun with them. So, today he got his Lucas b. alligator and, as with all the other latex toys, he LOVES it! These toys are WELL worth the investment! Thank you, Lucas b.!

I ordered a few toys, looking for teething puppies and playful older dogs' interests. A soft rubber and something bright and noisy was what I wanted to find. This was the perfect item, and it also uses textures to entertain our dogs. It was easily a favorite so I had to add more to their toy box so they could all have one. The squeak was easy for them to produce, the rubber latex soft enough that they didn't feel the urge to rip it apart yet encouraged chewing, and it hasn't broken yet. Our dogs can be quite aggressive and they go through toys in no time at all. This was well worth the money!

My dog loves this toy I had a toy similar to it a little red octopus that he loved for many years. About a year ago it just kind of slowly fell apart. I have boughten 50 + squeaky toys trying to find something that he loves. He's not a dog that chews his toys up he just loves the squeak in it and it's not too annoying for me. Finally I found the replacement. My search is over. I treat my dogs like they're my own kids. They're spoiled I am in tens and they love this toy. It's very soft you barely have to touch it for a squeak and I think that's what he loves about it. All his other toys feel chew up. Except for this particular one or his old octopus.

I bought this for my beau's dog "Jake". Jake has destroyed many a toy in his day and loves to chew through them. However, the gator is special. There is something about the texture and the softness of the toy that stops him from chewing it to pieces. He doesn't want to play with any other toy if he sees the gator. He will excitedly run and chase it down and bring it back to us for hours. He likes to sleep with it too. We've had it for 6 weeks now and zero damage to the toy. There are tennis balls with missing yarn, hard plastic toys ripped into pieces, but gator is like new and I think will last at least year. The squeak is very weak, but he still hears it and responds to it. He loves squeaky toys.

I have bought 3 lucas b toys in the past month and I love them. I will never buy any other rubber / latex toy than these from now on. I’ve received ones in the past that smell so gross.... these have no smell whatsoever. My YorkiePoo is a somewhat gentle chewer but he can get pretty rough too. These have held up perfectly. The design and attention to detail is excellent. I don’t know that Nikos would appreciate that detail as much as me! I’ve bought two for my pup and one as a gift. And to note... the slightly quieter squeak is a HUGE bonus!

Got our puppy this and a few other toys for his amusement and stimulation (please stop biting me) and while he gave each his due consideration he always returns to the gator. He loves it when I toss it, or he will take it in and out of his bed playing with it. Good purchase for the hyper puppy.

Our pup is a big chewer, and toys don't often last long. This crocodile has lasted 8 months, and still has no holes chewed in it! It's one of our doggy's favorite toys.[update]After 9 months, our doggy finally chewed the end off the croc's tail, and it stopped squeaking. He still loves the squeakless toy, as well as the new replacement we bought that has an intact squeak! I often find both crocodile toys out on the floor. He takes out one, then the other, and will bring them to me to toss for him.Highly recommend this toy!

My goldendoodle LOVES squeaky latex toys. This was one of the first ones I got for him about 6 months ago and it’s still going strong!! One really nice thing about this brand is that it’s quiet in relation to other squeaky latex toys. After 6 months of almost daily tug of war play, there are a couple puncture holes. I am now ordering a brand new one to replace it; but I’m impressed with how long it’s lasted!
