This is the best surf spray I’ve ever used. My hair is very straight, fine, and soft, and doesn’t normally hold waves if I use a curling iron or braid it. But my favorite way to wear my hair in the summer now is to dampen it with water using a spray bottle, then spray this sea salt spray all over it, and wear it in two French braids all day. Then at night, I take it out and have a full head of waves. Sometimes it can even be a bit too wavy the same night, but if I sleep on it, I wake up with excellent, natural looking waves. And I LOVE the smell. It’s much more pleasant than the extremely strong Ouai scent, and has a lovely, suntan oil and salt scent. I also find that it doesn’t dull my hair’s shine the way other sprays like Bumble and Bumble do. I suck at doing my hair, and this product makes it easy.

Works pretty well, dries very quickly and leaves hair looking great. However, taking a star off for the scent. Smells kind of like old lady perfume, it isn’t bad but would be perfect without it. Also the price isn’t great.

I have very fine hair and hereditary hair loss. Products weigh my hair down and go flat within minutes. My hair will not hold a curl. I'm a hot mess :) I have tried everything to style my hair so I wasn't expecting much. I went with this particular one because it worked for thinning hair as suggested by hair care professionals. I was very pleasantly surprised!! I curled my hair with a Bed Head clipless wand.I had body and fullness, didn't look greasy or dirty and shut the front door it held my curls all fricking day while dancing around at a pool party in the heat! This spray will also " reactivate " if you wet your hands and scrunch your curls. It also had a pleasant beachy smell. I'm so glad I got this spray. I don't normally write reviews but anyone with my type of hair knows the pain of spending so much time trying to fake a great head of hair only for it to fall flat or lose you curl before you get out the door. This stuff works:)

i wanted to like this product, but after using on wet hair i noticed my hair get greasier more quickly. also doesn't hold very well though the scent is nice.

I love using this in my hair in the summer. I either put some in before blow drying to add more piecey texture to my hair or let my hair air dry with a few spritzes of this for a little hold and control.

I've tried a lot of different salt sprays in order to add a little texture to my hair. I have short-medium hair, and this works better than any other spray I've tried. Frankly, they tend to be fairly similar, but this one lasts a long time without creating any crunchiness or stiffness in the hair. If I have any complaint, it's that the color looks a bit unnatural, but I'm not sure whether it uses any dyes (I would be surprised). It has a light, pleasant beach scent (which means that yes, it does smell somewhat like salt!)

This smells like absolute 💩 like aftershave (not a good thing). It doesn’t make beach waves - actually does the complete opposite - flat hair, with zero body or waves. For the price, it sure better give some wave. ***this item is not returnable. Watch out for the SCAM!!!!

The smell is very strong and like those cheap men’s colognes from the 90s. No volume or grittiness whatsoever. A waste!

Es un muy buen producto , desde la primera aplicación se siente la calidad , desafortunadamente , llegó con un desgaste notable , evidentemente fue en el trayecto y a pesar de encintar , se tiró producto , no lo devolvi porque es más tardado el proceso, si lo volvería a comprar pero no con este proveedor.

I’ve had problems with my hair staying up. I put this product on my hair and I was able to style it perfectly. Be sure to use a blow dryer.

Its not only small but also not efficient at all. Very poor quality

Small bottle for the price. Saw a hairdresser using it on YouTube but didn’t work so well for me. Made my hair dull but I loved the smell!

Love Sachajuan shampoo and conditioner. xx Unfortunately can’t say the same of this product. Found it to be absolutely useless - hair totally uncontrollable, in fact I could sprayed water onto my hair and achieved the same effect !! M. Ritchie
