Needed this product for health things I am going through. Chose this one not just for the price, which is great, but for the contents they showed in clarity up front. Came fast. Packaged well. Took my first one. Was sealed safely. Are tiny caps. goes down easy.

I took zinc before and it made me have stomach pain/nausea. These don't have that awful effect. Supposedly it's a good quality product, and it's part of my little combo (D3, fish oil, B12 liquid as methylcobalamin of the same brand, B6 as pyridoxal 5 phosphate, Magnesium glycinate, vit. K) for menopause and a couple other nuisances. So far it's all been working because my symptoms have been reduced to almost zero. Also, I take it at night before bed with the Magnesium, K and B6.

I switched to this product for the lower dosage and for it using zinc picolinate, which is more absorbable compared to other forms of zinc. I usually get nauseous from other zinc supplements but this is perfect.

I had high hopes for the Pure Encapsulations Zinc 15 mg, but unfortunately, it caused some gastric discomfort and burping for me. While the quality of the product seems solid, I experienced stomach upset after taking it, which was disappointing. It may work fine for others, but if you have a sensitive stomach like me, you might want to proceed with caution. I’m going to try a different form of zinc to see if it’s gentler on my system.
