Company is fantastic!! First waffle cushion had slow leak and was comfortable only in wheelchair not recliner. Customer service asked a series of questions and sent this one which is bigger and Mom couldn't be happier, very comfortable now to sit in recliner!!

This cushion was reccomended by the VA wound care clinic when my father developed a pressure sore. It comes inflated and you may think it is flattish but it is just the way it is made. I see some others come uninflated or with a pump; beware cheaper imitations that arrive rolled up etc, get the genuine EHOB WAFFLE cushion. It is the one recc by medical professionals and there are sadly many cheap imitations. It comes inflated to what seems to be half full but what is actually a good/effective calibration. You can buy the pump if you would like to “top off” from time to time, but it’s not made to be superinflated so give it a try even if it seems flattish when you get it. We tried the normal size for my dad bc it had to fit in a certain seat for him, and unfort he is very large (6’4/300) so it wasn’t enough support for him; however the supplier (I think it was perfect pressure) was OUTSTANDING in customer service and offered to exchange in a jiffy for the BIGGER/heavier duty VERSION so DO NOT HESITATE to give it a try and work with this vendor! They are 100% responsive and professional, unlike many others sadly today. I would just recc choosing the correct weight rated version for your user but ALSO MEASURE THE SEAT it is going to be used in (and be sure the supplier is Perfect Pressure). For example, the larger model may not fit in the seat the person is using. so as long as you choose a version which fits the PERSON AND THE SEAT it should be a match made in heaven! btw I am a trained nurse and am very critical of many health care products/suppliers. This has been an EXCELLENT company to work with and would not hesitate to order ANY product from them! you must beware so many bad online products/sellers, but be confident with Perfect Pressure! ps and if you are thinking of the Purple brand seat cushion instead, DONT. it is far flatter and less supportive under the person and not acceptable for pressure sore use; the only model that may work from them is the DOUBLE which is twice as thick but also twice as expensive as this product! Try the EHOB WAFFLE from Perfect Pressure first! (I only say their name to be sure you order from the right seller and dont get ripped off by the myriad of imitation products and scam artist vendors which abound!) stick w/the genuine EHOB WAFFLE from Perfect Pressure!

No instructions on how to inflate or how much.

On our Nurse Practitioner's recommendation we purchased one of these pillows for chronic tailbone pain. It really helps! The pillow is easy to inflate and super comfortable. It helped so much we bought 3 more. In addition to tailbone pain, i think it would be helpful for people in wheelchairs or that are not very mobile that experience bed sores. It comes it other sizes for various applications.

It did not keep the air in it at all not a good value unless I got a lemon. I should have returned it but didn’t. I threw it out.

I'm disappointed in this product. This item was purchased after I got my back surgery. I've heard good things about it and I was convinced to purchase it even with its high price. Only after a few uses, the item had a small hole. I'm no longer able to use the cushion now. I expected high quality when purchasing this item. I wish for a refund or for the item to be replaced. Thank you

Works wonderfully to alleviate my occasional bouts of sciatica. Worth every penny!

I love this cushion. I’ve had several over the years (gel and air) but this is the most comfortable. I have not had the need to inflate it.
