Sharing my inputs below:1) Received the pack without any sticker or tape and was open from both the sides.2) The tube inside was open and was 3/4th empty. It was very evident that it was a used product.3) The gel inside the tube was in liquid form and not get form and was flowing like water. Clearly it’s expired or waste product.
