I always read reviews before I purchase a product on Amazon and for the most part, they have been reliable. Not in this case. Despite the positive reviews (which make me suspicious now), when I received these hearing aids and plugged in the charging box, the green indicator lights would not function properly. One would come on, the other wouldn't. Then they would both go out. And the hearing aids began to whistle, loudly, even before I took them out of the charging box. There was nothing I could do to make them stop. They drove my wife and my dog crazy. I returned the product immediately, without even using it.

The device indicates it can be turned down in volume, however I push the buttons as requested and hear no change. I do not think that I would purchase these if I knew about the volume problem.

This is a good item and good value for the price. Real tiny and quite loud and clear - definitely good for one with severe hearing loss. Mya be too tiny for some with less dexterity. Volume adjustment using the multifunction button works quite well. Instructions, though not good English, are understandable. Setting up is easy. Charger is compact and charges uite fast.

The amplifiers give you 5 seconds to insert before they give of some feedback squealing. One places them back in the charger to shut them down, but the fit to the charger is loose so some fiddling around time (while it is squealing) is needed. These were intended to help an elderly user who has fine motor limitations so we will have to seek a different device. Once inserted for use, these worked as intended. Update: Seller Review I found this seller to be quite proactive in problem solving. The after-sales response and service were excellent. Mine made a horrible high pitched noise. It would go off for no reason and really hurts . I read all the instructions but nothing worked. Too bad it was a good price .

Was very disappointed in functions. Doesn't charge well, too big to fit ears , & charge doesn't hold up long.

Sorry, but whistling was terrible. Tried multiple times to fix it. Changing domes made it worse. The function button was hard to reach. The sound, except for the whistling seemed good. The device stuck out of my ear too far to be called invisible. Instructions were detailed, but difficult to follow. Many of the pieces were simply too small for my fingers. will be returning the hearing aid for a refund.
