My Ebike does not go beyond 20mph. I sent screenshots of my rides to tech support. The Ebike has two settings, 20mph and 25mph and I had switched to 25mph already. Display is in miles and not kilometers. firmware has been updated to its latest version. After reviewing my case for a couple of weeks, they got back to me, saying it was normal and I had to go harder on the bike... I weight 135lbs and have had other people trying the bike. The highest we reached was 22mph when going downhill. Either this bike is a fraud or tech support doesn't know what they are doing. In any case, this is the reason why I am giving this one star review. I have had the bike for over a month now, and still, no acknowledgment of my problem from the vendor.

I purchased the Urtopia Carbon 1S a year ago and I love it. The only bad point is that the rear derailleur must be detached to remove the rear tire. I wonder if the new Carbon 1 Pro has addressed this problem. It makes fixing a rear flat quite a challenge.
