Our customers asked us to create a smaller version of our popular ‘Essentials’ bag for more ‘Regular’ people who do not need to take 4 meal preps with them to the office, school or on the road. With that in mind, we designed this bag but there is nothing ‘Regular’ about it. You still get a high quality outer shell with double the insulation to keep your food hot or cold. We made a drink holder that can hold large size bottles, added an elastic mesh pocket on the other side that can hold other things (even another bottle), a comfy cushioned handle and included an optional shoulder strap. Then to make it even better, we added YKK zippers with pull straps for smooth open-close operation and added a caribiner hoop to the back of the bag to attach whatever you want. If you are looking for a functional but smaller meal prep bag that can take up to two meals, this is the perfect bag for you. The key to reaching your fitness goals: The Fitpacker. Note: This Fitpacker bag does not come with any containers. You must purchase the containers separately.

Awesome little cooler
I bought the cooler because I needed something to keep 2-3 meals safely cold for my 18 hr days, and the other ones I have weren't up to the task. Tonight, I finally got to put my Fitpaker to the test.I used 2 freeze packs (cooler shock brand). With 2 frozen items (starting at 10°F). With the cooler sitting in a 74°F room, 9 hrs later the ambient temp in the cooler was 43°F, but the items were just at 32°F. The cooler itself started at room temp too. Having the cooler cold to start out, and having a full cooler, would have helped keep it colder also.Since I can keep it in a frig for a few hours of my day, this cooler will be more than able to keep my meals at a safe temp for my long days. The only thing I would change is the strap. It is a good sturdy strap, but I tend to wear the cooler cross body, and the strap is just a pinch short for me. The carry handle is well padded, and even fully loaded, there wasn't any pinching. You will get "meal prep" containers with this cooler. They are similar in size and shape to what you can get at your local market, but the are a heavier weight plastic. I feel much safer cutting my food in these than the supermarket ones. I also feel safer putting them in my freezer and then the micro. As I wear out the handful of supermarket ones I have I'll be buying Fitpacker containers to replace them.

Great Compact Meal Prep Bag
Update 2/23/18: Ordered as another gift (4 in total, 3 as gifts one for myself)Ordered it as a gift and received it promptly. (purchased, because I have a black Fitpacker Bag, and works great)Design: Simple, clean. Not obnoxious and looks like a regular lunch bag. One mesh net on the inside (where I put utensils and napkins) and an insulated inside; where you can put containers and an ice pack if you want. Also comes with a shoulder strap, but I don't want it look like a purse so I just hold it by the handle. The front pocket lets you hold a few thin items; which is great for me since carrying keys, a wallet, a phone, chargers, and a work badge can fill up your pockets pretty quick.UPDATE: Since I've purchased mine (but recently as gifts,) there is an additional side pocket opposite of the big pocket on the left. You can carry another water bottle, or snacks. Very convenient addition.Size: Holds 3 meals + ice pack (or possibly a 4th meal, or a few snack bars), my utensils and a Hydro Flask (32oz) or Blender Ball on the side, Front pocket holds my phone chargers/wallet/keys/ etc.The initial order came with a few containers, that hold exactly what I need. The included ones are not compartmentalized, but that is fine for me. Replacements aren't too expensive, and Fitpackers are great. I've had several other containers in the past, that are either impossible to open, or leak a little, Fitpacker containers are perfect as they don't spill and don't require the jaws of life to open.

Really suits my needs
I really just wanted a linch bag that-1. Was not obnoxiously sized (I already carry a backpack and camera bag most days, so I don't want to add a duffle bag for food like I have seen some people use)2. Can hold enough food for my needs-either 1 full meal and a couple of snacks, or 2 medium sized meals3. Can keep food cold all day. (this actually did a good job of this with just the cold food in containers but I do recommend putting an ice pack in the bag)4. Does NOT require me to use "meal prep" containers as I already have a metric ton of other plastic containers. This really checked all the boxes for me, and I am very happy with it. That being said, if you are the kind of person that wants to carry around a food satchel that holds 67 meals for the day and 176 snacks then this isn't the bag for you. If you just need to carry a meal and some snacks, then get this bag. Also, bonus points for the bottle holder pocket thing on the side of the bag. It was able to fit my 40oz Simple Modern Summit, no Vaseline needed.

Minimalistic and great looking lunch bag! But...
I like this thing so far BUT keep in mind it's very minimalistic. The good:-Minimalistic-Stylish-Has a cup holder-Has over-the-shoulder adjustable strap-Insulated on the insidePossible improvements:-Only opens from the front, a top entry-way would be a great addition-Can only fit enough for one lunch and a few small snacks (I posted a picture of my layout. I can either bring only lunch and a good amount of snacks OR I can bring lunch and dinner with 1-2 snacks. Either way there's not much room in there.)-Everything fits pretty snug without room to expand (this kind of hits my prior point, but it would be nice if it were a little more flexible with some give for extra snacks). I wanted to stick to something small because the bigger lunch bags are a little too big for someone of my small stature, however some flexibility/expandability would be nice.Overall though, this is a nice product for the price!

Good
Product arrived on time with good packaging. Good lunchbox for meal prep. Holds 2 prep boxes with room for an icepack. Cupholder is sufficiently sized for a shaker bottle but adjustable with a cinch. I put silverware in the inner net pocket, wireless buds in the outer net pocket, and my portable charger in the outer zip pocket. I have not dragged it behind a car, thrown it off a mountain, or performed any other durability tests. I use it to carry my lunch to and from work. It fulfills the objective. If your health requires polypharmacy then this might not be the bag for you. It is a minimalist bag designed for food, a drink, and condiment packets. If you only load one box you could fit your prescriptions in there for sure. But if you load two boxes you may be left wishing for an extra pocket for your medication bottles or syringes.I was inspired to buy a meal prep bag when I saw them at the supplement shop, however I did not need a $90 bag that boosts my testosterone, syncs with facebook, and does my taxes for me. This is appropriately priced and I am happy with my purchase.
