Potent and a great value
I have Multiple Sclerosis with extreme vestibular and dizziness issues. my doctor recommends I drink huge amounts of water to keep my blood volume up so I experience less dizziness. Having extra electrolytes and salt is an absolute must. I am also low income and most electrolyte mixes are extremely overpriced and do not go very far. This little jar lasts a long time and tastes so good. I actually like to water it down quite a lot, and the berry taste is still strong and sweet. The sweetness is just right with no aftertaste. I am also a migraine sufferer and the frequency has lessened since I started using this, I used to have 1-2 a week even with medication and now I am down to one to two a month. So, I believe it is helping quite a bit with maintaining steady hydration levels. The price is quite reasonable as I only need to replace the canister once every 3 weeks and I am drinking on average 1 gallon (yes, that’s right) a day. I have tried the lemon flavor and this is my favorite of the two. I would definitely try any new flavors in the future.

Why?
What is this white gritty substance that never dissolves? See pic. Should I be drinking it? It’s so nasty and flavorless and just doesn’t seem right. Why add it if all it does is sink to the bottom only to get a mouthful of grit at the end?
