We wanted to spice up our living room area and this was recommended by a friend who was a big fan of Nanolights. I went along with this because I liked the idea that I can use the pannels as a wall decor when not being used as a light source. As you see the arrangement we had is different in the video and photo I uploaded. The nanolight hexagon pannels are awesome, it works great and is it kind of synced with the TV. We were gifted the TV strip lights but it did not work for us as I have seen in the advertisement. Maybe it’s the way we installed it but really there’s only one way of installing it so I’m not sure why. Nanoleaf has an app ou can use but to me, the app is ot very user friendly. We changed the name of our wifi so all the previously conected devices got disconnected and it was so hard to reconnect the nanoleaf devices. We alo have govee lights and those reconnected easily. I actually reachout to tech suport because until now we have not yet reconnected the TV strip lights. Another thing I want to mention is the nanoleaf tech support is very responsive. It is unfortunate that I know this because it means that I have reached out to them a lot. But I always get the help I need from them in a timely manner. Last thing I want to mention is the reaon why the initial pannel placement was changed. We were just hanging out in the living room when the pannels just collapsed and all fell on the floor. Literally all of it. It was a hot day that day so my husband was thinking that maybe the adhesion wore off. He reinstalled it using a new 3m adhesives and its been okay so far. Overall great buy. I plan to buy more when its on sale to place on the other side of the TV.

Súper recomendables, el material, los colores y su intensidad... 10 de 10. Sin duda compraré más para complementar mi pared con más de estos páneles hexagonales o talvez lo intente con los triangulares.

Me gustó, no brilla mucho pero realmente se ven bien, aunque los controladores y la aplicación aún está muy verde, los compré para usar con el software de i cue de corsair pero aún hay muchas cosas que llegan a ser complicadas, espero el software sea renovado en el futuro

I don't know where to start with this product. I think this is the closest I have experienced to a legitimate "scam" I say that because I recall a time where nanoleaf was considered to be a "brand name" that implied quality. What I've experienced is worse than the asian knockoffs I've had before. I could start witht he many connection issues and miserable setup that took days because it refused to connect to alexa "seamlessly" as implied. (Thanks Matter). Or the awful app that introduces beta features that then get walled behind subscriptions. Seriously like 2 dollars a month to access cool sound reactive patterns? Nickel and diming on a product like this is actually embarassing business. But what actually broke me was less than a year into having this the controller completely gave out. no idea why. I think it has to do with an update disconnecting haflway through (I mentioned the horrible connection reliability). Regardless of what it was my controller for the shapes is now bricked. And what actually sent me over the edge is the awful customer support. I filled out a form on the app... a week later no reply. I do it on the site... no email confirmation of ticket. no response. It's pretty clear no ones on the other side of this. I don't know if you can go to my account but you can see i don't really write reviews. A product has to be so awful, so miserable, and such a scam for me to take the time to write a review. And that's what my experience with nanoleaf has been. The shapes, the bulbs, the app. The whole business. Stay far away from nanoleaf. I will go back to Govee which I had before. This is the WORST product and company I have ever dealt with in my 32 years of life.
