Why did I only receive part of the shipment?

This product ships in three separate boxes and may arrive at different times. Please wait for both before setup. During the first use, you need to follow the video in the storefront image to perform the venting operation.

Can I lower the lift manually after use? Any special procedure required?

Yes. You must first disengage the mechanical safety lock before lowering. Also, for safety reasons, the system requires a minimum load of ~220 lbs to descend. Never force the descent without sufficient weight to avoid damage or sudden drops.

What is the maximum load capacity? Can it lift SUVs or pickup trucks?

The lift supports up to 7000 lbs (approx. 3200 kg) and is compatible with cars, light trucks, and SUVs. Please ensure your vehicle is within the weight limit for safe use.

Is the lifting height adjustable? Is it suitable for undercarriage inspections?
