Works well to relieve pain, easy to use, although the patches could be better I have been using this TENS device mainly for knee pain and the truth is that I have been surprised how well it works. The electrical impulses feel strong even at low levels, and it offers several modes that help relax the muscle and decrease the discomfort after a few minutes. The control is light, the screen is clear and changing mode or raising the intensity is quite simple. I like that it brings two channels (A/B), because it allows you to work two different areas at the same time or adjust each side with different intensity. What I like: • Good power, even for stronger pains. • Many massage modes. • Easy to use and understand. • The cables connect firmly and do not come off. What could be improved: The patches work well, but after several uses they start to lose a little adhesion. In general, it is a very useful device if you are looking for temporary relief for muscle or joint pain. For the price, it's really worth it and it delivers what it promises.

This is so much nicer than my old TENS unit. It has a very wide variety of modes and intensities that really exceeded my expectations. My old TENS unit only had TENS settings for pain relief but this one also has EMS for muscle strengthening and rehabilitation as well as massage functions. It is pretty simple to operate and the on-screen graphics make it very easy to choose the appropriate settings for your needs. It is very easy to recharge with standard USB-C cable. They also included a storage bag to help keep all of the parts together. The overall size is compact and easy to carry in a gym bag or purse. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

As far as muscle stimulation, this device is amazing! Most of the ones I've used in the past weren't strong enough to touch the pain I have. It has several 'modes' but I haven't noticed much of a difference between them. Maybe that's on me. The big disappointment is that after a month of use, the display is beginning to fade, and the buttons are becoming harder to make effective contact without extra effort. It feels cheaply made and that it won't last long for the money.
