OK for beginner tricks/spins only
This pole is OK for beginners to learn new spins and tricks, but I would definitely invest in an X-Pole if you are going to do any intermediate/advanced pole tricks. The quality of the metal is very noticeable, the X-pole is made of a heavier, stronger metal. I don't feel it would be safe to to any crazy inverts on this pole, in my opinion. Use caution!

This thing is great! A couple friends of mine are professional and they said it is great quality. It is very sturdy and we have used it at partys and never had any issues.

hard to assemble/ pieces just didnt fit
Could not get this pole to assemble correctly, I even googled better directions. The piece it came with apparently just didnt fit and I never could get it up. So it's still sitting in the box. Never been used.
