Voice stopped working after only 2 uses
EDIT: I contacted the company and their customer service was top notch and very responsive. Both headsets were bad but they are now sending out 2 new ones.We've only used this headset once or twice. We can hear the other line but there is no voice going out. We can blow into and get a little bit of sound on the other end (and if we move the cables around there is some noise), but no voice is getting through. Very disappointed.
