Does this install inside, to where i can close the garage door and it wont be visible from the outside?

It depends on how your garage door opens. It usually installs on the garage door frame. But you would need to ensure that the garage door doesn't catch it when it's being moved up or down. Normally they are installed on the outside of the garage door.

My garage door opening is exactly 7’ x 8’. Will this screen fit this opening size properly?

So I gambled and found out the hard way. The dimensions are exactly 8 foot by 7 foot, so if your garage opening is exactly 8-foot by 7-foot, then there is not enough left over to attach to anything beyond the opening.
